Magnificent mill of approximately 100m2 located on a wooded property of 2500 m2. It consists of 3 floors with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, two large living rooms and an equipped kitchen. The place is quiet with a nice heated pool. The garden has a stone barbecue with many places to relax on either side of the house.
The property is less than 10 minutes from Saint-Florent.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La propriété est dans un état de propreté rarement atteint. Antoine, notre hôte, est très accueillant et toujours disponible pour de bons conseils. La propriété a un charme fou pour ceux qui aiment les vieilles pierres et les beaux jardins

A beautiful stay
Antoine was an excellent and very helpful and engaged host. The house and gardens are so beautiful and peaceful, and the pool is blissful. Excellently located for the beautiful village of Oletta, access to the coast and Cap Corse, and easy access to Bastia airport and any amenities you may need. We can’t wait to visit again!

Beautiful place
Perfect place to spend the vacation with teenage kids. Excellent quiet location, though a road passes relatively close by. The communication with Antoine worked very well. Nothing was missing. We really enjoyed our stay.

Un lieu au calme avec une vue à couper le souffle
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce moulin avec une vue époustouflante, une piscine très agréable et un vrai havre de paix. La propriété offre pleins d'espaces autant intérieur qu'extérieur très plaisants. Le village d'Oletta est accessible à pieds par un petit chemin. On est très vite à Saint Florent ou à Bastia pour visiter le cap corse. La communication avec le propriétaire est très bonne. Il a été très arrangeant en installant un prise pour recharger une voiture électrique avant notre arrivée. On recommande vivement, plutôt pour des familles avec grands enfants autonomes, les chambres du hauts étant assez éloignées de celles du bas. Pas idéal pour de jeunes enfants que vous voulez entendre la nuit.

Une jardin idyllique
Des propriétaires aux petits soins et très accueillants. Une ambiance idyllique et typique corse, avec une piscine très appréciable d’où l’on peut profiter du coucher de soleil tous les soirs. Proche d’un charmant petit village, à 15mn de Saint-florent et 30 mn de Bastia et non loin du Cap Corse pour de superbes randonnées...bref l’embarras du choix pour de nombreuses activités. Superbes séjour!

Herrliches Anwesen in der Natur
Sehr schönes Anwesen mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen, Pool mit grandiosem Blick und toller Abendsonne. Guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten in der Region. Teilweise Verkehr von der Strasse hörbar, aber nicht sichtbar. Das Grundstück ist ohne direkte Nachbarn und bietet viel Privatsphäre. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Très belle maison dans magnifique jardin sans vis à vis
Très belle restauration d’un ancien moulin, isolée mais proche d’Oletta et de St Florent, piscine avec vue dégagée, plusieurs coins repas jeux et apéritif, literie confortable, propriétaires charmants et réactifs : excellente location !
