This property was really spacious. I love that there were four bathrooms. That is super convenient when you have a large group. Host is super nice, plan to book with him again!

Disney vacation off resort

My family and I booked our stay here for a week to enjoy Disney and go to the beaches. First impression of the property was that it was spacious and accurate with pictures. The property was conveniently close to Disney (about 20 min) and there were a ton of restaurants close by on the days we weren’t in Disney. Perfect for what we needed!

The house was exactly like the listing. Great house for what we needed! It’s not the cleanest, but for the size and location, it’s perfect for a big group. Our stay went well. Parking is not a problem, if anyone is concerned as it’s not addressed anywhere. If you plan on cooking, bring your own seasoning, etc. but the kitchen is stocked.

Great property/location/wifi, mediocre AC

The property was great and located very close to all the parks. The upstairs master bedroom's cable box didn't work, but the terrific wifi allowed us to use the LG smart TV. The air conditioner had trouble keeping up on the hot days, getting up to almost 80 F a couple nights.

Perfect location for all the parks

The property was close to all of the Disney and Universal Parks. The property was great. A/C had a little trouble during the summer heat, but the pool and other amenities were wonderful. Easy to get in and out of with lots of nearby places for groceries, food, etc. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation.

We had a great stay. It was a short stay for us, en route to the Bahamas so we didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities. However, the property was perfect for our needs. Very clean. Organized. Plenty of room for us and all our adult children to gather and then have their own space.

Beautiful Home

This home is amazing! My family and I had a great stay, didn't want to leave. Home was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. I definitely recommend this property. Love that it's located in a gated community and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Everything was nice. They need to have a handrail to enter the pool. The pool was very clean and caretaker for the pool was there to check it everyday. The house was maintain.

Family getaway

The property is located just 15 minutes from the airport. It is very convenient if you are planning to go to Disney as well. It is about 30 minutes away from Universal and Seaworld. Overall the property was very spacious and clean. It met our needs. The checking process could be improved if you give the address of the main entrance to the gated community to check in with the guard. We went to the back gate and needed to circle around. The property only provided the basic pots, plates, and utensils. If you are staying for several days you would need to buy more dish detergent, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, and soap. If you are planning to do laundry make sure to buy laundry supplies. The property does not provide any. The pool was nice and if you like them to warm it up, the property manager could warm it up with a $30 fee pay day. I read from previous reviews that there was a shopping cart in the back of the house. It is still there. Hopefully the property manager could take care of this for the next guest, it can be an eye sore. Overall, the beds are comfortable and we had a great stay!

Just as pictured!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. I loved that it was an end unit so we were able to get plenty sunlight into the space. I can't say it was immaculate because there were a few housekeeping issues that could've been better. But for the most part, the property was clean and spacious. The decor was up-to-date with a coastal theme. The full kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and dishware with the exception of oven mittens for some reason. The beds were super comfortable! The community was beautiful; however, the 4pm check-in at the gate was lengthy. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Unfortunately, we did not get to use the pool or the community amenities due to the extremely frigid weather outside. But hopefully next time because we would definitely stay again.

Small hiccups, but overall fantastic stay!

This home was exactly as pictured. It was truly stunning. The colors, designs and décor of light blue and white were classically modern. All the rooms were clean and gorgeous. The beds were super comfortable and the comforters on them were soft as clouds. We would definitely book this place again in a heartbeat. However, there’s still room for small improvements. The owners read the previous reviews and had new dining room chairs and measuring cups. However, still no oven mitts, dishtowels or measuring spoons. We were tempted to use the bathroom towels as oven mitts and dishtowels, but all the towels are pure white and they charge for any stains at $4 to $15 per towel. We went and bought a white and teal set of oven mitts and dish towels similar to their color scheme. We left them there and hope they keep them as they are direly needed. Absolutely no food is included. I’m talking about not even salt and pepper shakers. We bought new ones and left them there, but they likely throw anything edible out to avoid the possibility of contaminations. The fridge worked well, with a small issue being the ice dispenser only does crushed ice, even when cubed is selected. Only one extra kitchen trash bag was included. There was also a cute, but tiny, bottle of dish soap. They provide one tablet of dishwasher detergent, so you’ll have to buy your own or wash by hand until that soap runs out. We’re talking a house that hosts 12 people, so ideally, there would be one extra trash bag per day, one dishwasher tablet per day, and an extra tiny bottle of dish soap for every 3 or so days of your stay. The kitchen utensils were good, but the potato masher was too flimsy to hold up unless you placed your hand near the masher, which is extremely hot when preparing potatoes. It’s actually a safety hazard. The cutting board is about the size of a mouse pad. What they DESPERATELY needed most was a working can opener. There is one, but it only punctures and doesn’t rotate at all. We almost made a fun night of it trying to get a can open as we passed it around the room, each person thinking they’d find the trick to working it. Nope! All the fixes were small things that could be done for $20 total. Less actually, since we already bought some of the things for them. Or you can just come prepared. All things considered, this truly was a fantastic place to stay. We hope you have as great a time on your vacation as we did on ours.

Wasn’t able to check in

This would have been a great experience if my checkin process wasn’t so horrible.. I arrived at the property at 4:05. I put the code they gave me into to door and it didn’t not open.. I reached out to the several numbers that the property mangers posted on Vrbo.. and received no response.. I then reached out to Vrbo directly where I was transferred to 3 different agents.. after being on the phone for an 1hour and 45 minutes, my phone eventually died. Once I got the phone back on I received a message from the property managers saying “hey if the code we gave u isn’t working try this code “ I was literally sitting in my rental car with the AC on for 2 And a half hours before actually getting into the house .. my suggestion is for the property mangers to actually make sure door codes work prior to the 4pm check in.. having a 2 year old cooped in a car after a long flight is very traumatizing.. over all the place was ok .. the furniture is a little worn out as well , the gate to get onto the property is very hard to get into as well .. they also charge you to use their grill that should be included because it is in the advertised picture.

Spacious and pretty!

Great room for 9 of us to spread out. Beds are all very comfy. However, the rest of the furniture is kinda crap. Dining chairs are all ripped- the couch and surrounding chairs are horribly uncomfortable. There are “sticky spots” in the carpeting surrounding the bed in one of the king bedrooms. Kitchen has the basics, but nonstick pans are absolutely not nonstick. I feel like just slightly more sturdy furniture and cleaned carpets would make a huge difference in my overall impression. Private pool was nice for a dip. Much cleaner than the main pool. This is a HUGE development so the main pool was very crowded and loud.

Not as expected. No noisy at night and the kids kept complaining that they smelled skunks.

Not a good neighborhood. Not enough bath towels. Had to wash constantly. No dish towel or pot holders. Minimal stuff to cook with. 5 cup coffee maker for a house that holds 12 people. Pool had no screen to clean the pool. Had to borrow from the neighbor. Kitchen table chairs all had tears in them. Subdivision pool was way over crowded all the time. No parking had to park down the street. People were smoking pot at the pool. Not appropriate with all the kids around. Will definitely not stay there again.

Not quite as I imagined

Overall comfort was good. The house was cool and the beds comfortable. However outside the screened door of our personal pool was an abandoned shopping cart and trash. The dining room chairs all had splits in them. Our gate barcode wouldn't work. And the Waterpark playground was disappointing, some things not working and not in walking distance and not as it appeared in the picture. I'm just being honest so that you can remedy for future guests.

Nice but loud

This home is beautiful. Very spacious, clean and convenient (only 20 minute drive to Universal and very close to restaurants, grocery, shopping, etc.). Apparently several neighbors had a few loud parties. So, hard to sleep some nights. But overall , very nice.
