Villa in Colonia de Sant Pere, current, functional and Mediterranean style, very sunny, located on the seafront, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the bay, which will make your vacation a memorable stay. Ideal for couples, families or small groups of friends who want to enjoy the charm of some of our island.
Located in a quiet residential area 200 meters from the beach and 2 km. the village of Colonia de Sant Pere, has 120 m2 on two floors for up to 6 people: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, main dining room attached to kitchen and living room side. Fully equipped kitchen. It has internet and satellite TV.
All rooms have air conditioning.
Access your private pool in fenced garden with lawn and trees. Outside shower, Barbeque and the porch of the house is furnished.
Enjoy breakfast on the porch with amazing views, a few long walks that allow you to enjoy the sea beside her and choose to have a vacation in a small paradise.
It is fully equipped for the winter months. It has central heating and is fully insulated and heated to spend the cold months comfortable.
