Settled into the low seaside sand dunes, this ranch-style beach house enjoys a deep front yard with circular drive and plenty of room for parking, including under the house. The large accommodating sunroom generously expands the interior common area and commands a panoramic, eye-level view of the beach and ocean.

MAIN FLOOR: (4 bedrooms) 1 KING, 1 KING, 2 QUEENS, 2 SINGLES, 2.5 baths, kitchen, dining area, living area, large oceanfront sun room with TV den, dry bar and two 4-top game tables and access to oceanfront sundeck.
GROUND FLOOR: (1 bedroom) 2 SINGLES, 1 DOUBLE sleeper sofa, 1 bath, laundry room, 2 carports. Ground floor bedroom has outside entrance only.
AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TV-7 (living room, sun room, all bedrooms), internet access, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, ice machine (in kitchen), minifridge (in ground BR) ceiling fans, washer/dryer, BBQ grill, covered parking, circular drive, private boardwalk to beach w/rinsing shower, access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach, beach gear credit.
