Only a short block from the beach, this classic canal-front beach house boasts great outdoor living spaces and a fantastic floor plan for travelers who want to be together with a separate living quarters option.
The central main floor common areas open out to a spacious screened porch with rockers on one end and furnished covered deck on the other overlooking the tidal canal teaming with red-winged blackbirds, herons and egrets.
With a vaulted ceiling and large transom windows, the main floor enjoys abundant natural light. Also on the main floor are four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a beautifully updated kitchen, dining area, TV den, and game table nook.
The no-stairs ground floor, with exterior access only, provides a wonderful setting for separate living quarters. This portion of the home has two bedrooms and a full bath as well as a TV den, 4-top dining/game table, and convenient kitchenette hutch with microwave, toaster oven, mini-fridge and coffee maker. Jumbo sliding glass doors, opening onto a covered patio, offers a lovely canal view.
