Upgraded recently with FRESH PAINT and NEW COUCHES, this spacious Condo sleeps 8 - !!! EIGHT !!! Offering one of the larger two bedroom plans in the complex, it includes 1 King, 2 Queens, & new Queen Sleeper Sofa, each room with a Pool View! Child friendly with two kiddie pools, two large pools, kayak ramp, fishing piers with fish-cleaning stations, boat slips, and…..It’s just a short walk across to the PRIVATE BEACH, to enjoy the waves! There's a BOAT RAMP & BOAT SLIPS on Little Lagoon, inside the complex. Also, GRILLS are furnished at the Gazebo by the Lagoon!

Although located on quieter WEST BEACH, this complex is close to restaurants and shopping. So, you may enjoy The Coffee House at Pier33 each morning, Gulf State Park with FREE BIKES, The Track, WATERVILLE USA for a fun day with the family, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, and much more!

So, come where you can watch the kids swim while relaxing on the Balcony overlooking the pools. Or enjoy kayaking or boating in the lagoon, even sunning on our beautiful Gulf beach!

Winter Escape

Roomy spacious condo

Very comfortable, quiet, and clean complex. Enjoyed our stay. Condo was definitely loaded with everything you need. Tanya was easy to get ahold of only a text away.

Beautiful property and great location

Condo is very nice and easy walking to the beach on the Gulf and a nice lagoon. There are 32 steps up to get to the unit on the 2nd floor, which was fine for us but if you have any physical limitations this would be difficult. Bring your own beach chairs.

Great little getaway condo

We had an absolute blast staying at the condominium at sea oats. It was very cozy, and accommodating. I enjoyed the book shelf with plenty of reading options, and there were toys and board games to keep kids busy. The walk to the beach was perfect, not too far and plenty of room since its sea oats access only. Kitchen has everything we needed. The first aid kit came in handy when my niece got stung by a jellyfish, there was ointment to help with the reaction. We had a great time, Tanya was very kind and communicated with us throughout the week. Highly recommend!

Clean, spacious, and great location!

My husband, our 9 month old, my parents, and my brother stayed for a week and had plenty of space. The condo was clean and well cared for. It also had everything we needed. The pool got a little loud some nights when I was putting my baby to bed, but it wasn’t every night and is out of the property owners control. Definitely didn’t ruin our stay! We loved being just a walk across the street from the beach, and that it was a private beach. Having pool access was great due to a few days of our trip with double red flags on the beach due to dangerous rip currents and high waves. I would definitely stay again!

We love the area of West Beach and Sea Oats. Our host could not have been any more generous. The extra kitchen supplies are not usually found. We highly recommend this unit.

We had a great last minute vacation from Texas. We enjoyed the beach, pool and the condo meet all our expectations. The property was clean, our girls enjoyed the pool just right outside the condo and the beach just across the street.

We had a great time at this condo. The building is a little dated, but clean and nice. The owner was very nice and helpful with everything! The only thing I would change was the living room furniture. It wasn’t very comfortable to lounge around on. The beds were very comfortable! Overall, a great place to stay!

Great family vacation!

The property was absolutely amazing. The pictures online are on point. We loved having the pool available to us right outside our building and being able to walk over to the beach. The condo was set up with toys and games available for kids which was great. The beds were super comfortable and the unit was clean. The host was very nice and informative. Highly recommend this property!

Beach Bliss

This condo is perfect for families who want to enjoy all Gulf Shores has to offer. The living area is spacious and very well kept. Everything you need is provided. Located a little out of town makes the beach less crowded and the pool is wonderful. We had a lovely time.

Family Getaway

Located on the quiet west end of gulf shores. Condo was perfectly located for our family. Clean, well furnished, and plenty of space for our family of 6. The kids all love to fish so we got to enjoy both the lagoon and the beach. Beach access was only a short walk across the street. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Will not hesitate to stay here again!!
