Beautiful 3-bedroom home with den, private backyard and solar heated pool (no other heat system).
The area has much to offer including walking and biking trails, two small lakes on which there is kayaking, sailing, catch-and-release fishing, restaurants and a marketplace. The nearby Estrella Regional Park is ideal for nature lovers and hikers. For the sports minded we are close to many sporting venues and golf courses.

Pets must be pre-approved and there is a $20/day pet fee. Fee will be reduced for monthly stays.

Baseball heaven

We chose this spot because it was so easy to get to Spring Training facilities. It turned out Estrella was a nice community with lots of restaurants, shops and hiking trails. The house was a perfect respite after games. We enjoyed the backyard so much!

Wonderful home for some R&R

We had a amazing time staying here. The home is beautiful and very comfortable. We loved the walking paths around the two lakes and walked them every morning to start our day. The backyard was so relaxing - we enjoyed listening to and watching the birds in the evening. It was too early to use the pool...but it looked amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

amazing home!

We absolutely loved this home! Everything from the layout, the pool, the location...all perfect! The neighborhood and surrounding area gave us so much to explore. Walking around the lakes every day and/or the trails was perfect for us and our two dogs! All of the people we met along the way were all friendly. The owners were very responsive when we were in need of anything. The proximity to Goodyear ballpark was ideal as well! The pool never really heated up (perhaps it was still too early??), but the temperatures we had our last week (90s ) had us jumping in anyway! lol! We would definitely stay here again! It was a pleasure staying here and having owners that care about your needs! Thank you,Greg and Philippa for sharing your home with us!

Home away from home

Our primary reason for coming was to got to last week of spring training. Estrella mountain is our favorite place. The home was beautiful. We needed absolutely no basic supplies. Outside Area and pool/garden area was beautiful. The owner was very easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again

One of the nicest properties we’ve visited. Beautiful home, nice touches inside and out. Quiet location, delightfully private back yard, sunsets around the fire, short walk to the lake trails. Absolutely returning to this one.

Fabulous Stay!

This place was perfect for our family for the weekend! The pool was a huge hit for our three year old! We had amazing family diners made in the well stocked kitchen! Our 9 Year Old won himself the 1st place plate for Gold Cup Finals this weekend! I have no doubts that the comfy beds had something to do with him being rested enough to compete at his best! Great stay! Thank you!

Relaxing in Arizona

Wonderful home to relax and enjoy the sunshine! We loved the peace and quiet and proximity to the lakes and walking paths. We spent most of our time in the backyard by the pool which was exactly what we wanted to do - it was very nice. House was very clean and everything we needed was provided. The owners answered our questions and request very promptly. Great place!

Simply perfect

Greg, your home was just what we needed. Every need was met, from the check in process to all the comforts of home. My mom was quite comfortable and had no complaints. Trust me, that’s saying a lot. We would defiantly stay again if it’s available.

Better than expected

Large, comfortable, very reliable, communication. Comfortable, bigger than anticipated, and well furnished. Communication with Host was rapid response which we really appreciated. Check-in was easy Peezy. Location excellent for our needs. Close to major shopping areas, grocery stores, movie, theaters, almost everything you could want.

The perfect place

It was perfect. Everything we wanted plus. I want to thank you for making this happen so quickly. We were so devastated when we found out we couldn’t get the place we wanted due to circumstances. Plumbing problems

The property was beautiful but the front/main bathroom shower was broken. The water in the shower did not come on. Five adult including married couples had to share the master bedroom shower. The washing machine was also broken and it was as too noisy for usage. The owner did repair during our five day stay for a funeral for close family member. Nor did he reimburse or credit us, due to the plumbing inconvenience. He asked us to repair with tools in the garage. We were incapable. The damage was in the pipes in the walls. Communication with the owner was not the best.

Great Location and Amenities

We spent the summer here as an extended stay and it had everything we needed and wanted to feel right at home. It was great to be able to walk to the lake and enjoy the pool in the backyard.
