THERE WILL BE NO EXTERIOR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY FROM MAY 25 - AUG 18, 2024.
The outdoor pool will close from Aug 19, 2024 through the winter 2025. The indoor pool will remain open.

A new, large 65" SMART TV Is found in the living room - you can easily log on to Netflix to enjoy a family movie night at the beach. The building was recently completely re-wired with a designated fiber internet line - the wifi at Summer House is AMAZING now! One of the best connections on the beach!
