Very quiet, panoramic position. House overlooking the beach. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 single bed, dining room with kitchen, small living room, one bathroom. Sea side patio and garden side.

This is the home of "holiday" in our family for generations.
We have had the privilege to spend his time here our summers, from May to September, and grow with one idea and sea holiday: this.

Volles Meer Feeling

Schöne abwechslungsreiche Zeit. Zuerst sehr heiß und optimales Badewetter. Mit super Strand direkt unter dem Haus über einige Stufen leicht zu erreichen. Zum Ende sehr stürmisch und wellenreich und sehr imposant. Supet nette Betreuerin vor Ort. Vielen Dank!

Traumhafter Meerblick

Einfaches, aber sehr schönes Höuschen mit einer gigantischen Terrasse direkt über Strand und Meer. Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge. Bellissimo!

Une vue fantastique!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Le logement est situé au dessus de la plage que l'on peut atteindre en 2 min en descendant quelques escaliers. La plage est belle et paisible et se prête à l'observation des poissons. Il y a un petit commerce à proximité et deux restaurants très sympathiques. L'appartement est grand parfait pour 3 personnes. La vue de la terrasse est juste fabuleuse, on profite de merveilleux coucher de soleil. La terrasse est partagée avec l'autre appartement. Tout s'est bien passé pour nous!

Super Lage

Wir hatten einen super tollen entspannten Aufenthalt. Der Strand ist genial zum Schnorcheln. Wasser Schuhe mitnehmen. Die Ferienwohnung ist zwar schon in die Jahre gekommen, manches könnte man verbessern, dafür hat sie Charme und bietet einen unschlagbaren Blick auf das Meer. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Wunderbar!

Im Juni 2023 waren wir zwei Wochen vor Ort. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet mit individueller Original-Einrichtung aus den 60er-Jahren (endlich mal kein Ikea!). Der Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit! Wenige Stufen führen hinunter zu einem schönen Sandstrand. Der Weg ins Meer ist teilweise felsig, aber man findet immer einen guten Weg hinein. Die Stimmung am Strand war immer sehr entspannt und es war nie voll. Das Haus ist der kleinere Teil einer Doppelhaushälfte, und wir hatten Glück, dass während unseres Aufenthalts im anderen Teil niemand gewohnt hat. Im Ort gibt es fußläufig Gelegenheiten zum Einkaufen oder zum Essen gehen. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Sofie war sehr persönlich und aufmerksam. Sehr empfehlenswert und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Un cadre magnifique

A quelque km de Bosa, dans une baie idyllique, la petite maison est idéalement située pour visiter la région, et profiter du coucher de soleil. La maison dans son jus et de confort sommaire, est parfaite pour un couple avec un chien.

Per noi una location ideale. Semplice, pulita, con una vista mare incantevole. Dotata di tutto all'interno, 40 gradini per arrivare al mare. Per una copiia è l'ideale davvero. Alla sera non un rumore nè una luce, solo mare e stelle. Meravigliosa

Traumhafte Lage

Die Lage des Objekts ist traumhaft (Sonnenuntergänge, Strand 65 Stufen entfernt, sehr ruhig). Die Wohnung ist zwar "in die Jahre gekommen" und dürfte gerne mal renoviert werden, aber für das derzeitige Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist es in Ordnung. Für das tägliche Kochen dürfte die Küchenausstattung auch gerne etwas besser sein (z.B. kein elektrischer Wasserkocher, Küchenreibe). Es gab nur eine Kaffee-Kapselmaschine, aber auf Nachfrage habe wir auch eine größere italienische Kaffemaschine bekommen. Der sauberer Strand ist über knapp 70 Stufen zu erreichen und selbst am Wochenende waren wir fast allein dort. Man braucht aber Schwimmschuhe, da man über Felsen ins Wasser muss (Schnorcheln ist gut). Manchmal war das Wasser ganz ruhig, manchmal kann man wegen starkem Wind aber nicht baden.

Vacanza indimenticabile

Ho ancora negli occhi la splendida vista dalla terrazza. Proprietari carini e super disponibili, casa con tutto l'occorente per preparare ogni specialità. Mare pazzesco con possibilità di fare snorkeling. Per tutti quelli che vogliono godersi il mare, rilassarsi e riposarsi è il posto perfetto. Non vediamo l'ora di tornarci, a prestissimo e grazie.

Jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang genießen

Wir verbrachten als Familie im Juli 2019 zwei herrliche Wochen in Silvias Haus am Meer. Das kleine Häuschen steht direkt am Meer, etwas oberhalb auf einem Hang, von dem eine Treppe direkt nach unten zum Strand führt. Wunderschön! Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach nur herrlich, die Lage des Häuschens ein Traum! Das Haus ist ein Doppelhaus, von dem beide Hälften vermietet werden. Der Strand ist ein Sandstrand, aber ins Wasser gelangt man nur über (mitunter sehr große) Steine und einen sehr unebenen Untergrund. Fürs Schnorcheln ist es ideal, aber fürs Baden mit Kindern fanden wir es nicht so geeignet. Für uns war das nicht störend, denn in nur wenigen Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto die benachbarten Strände in Porto Alabe (ca. 3 min) und Bosa Marina (ca. 10 min), die für Kinder perfekt sind. In beiden Orten befinden sich auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für alles, was man braucht. Wir haben in unserer Urlaubszeit Bosa, Oristano, die Sinis-Halbinsel und den Wasserfall in Sos Molinos besucht, was alles sehr sehenswert und von Santa Maria del Mare per Auto gut zu erreichen ist. Das Häuschen selbst ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die meiste Zeit verbrachten wir ohnehin auf der wunderschönen Terrasse. Etwas gestört hat uns zuerst der Geruch der alten Möbel, vor allem in den Küchenschränken, aber damit konnten wir letztlich gut leben. Alles war sehr sauber, nur eben etwas alt. Wir haben uns in Silvias Haus trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit genossen. Auch der Kontakt zu Silvia vorab und dann vor Ort mit Sophie war sehr nett, entgegenkommend und unkompliziert. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen und kommen auch selbst gern wieder :-) Herzlichen Dank und herzliche Grüße an Silvia und Sophie!!

terrazza con vista da sogno

Una vista spettacolare mentre si mangia. Impareggiabile Casa fresca perchè si riesce a far corrente tra porta del giardino e quella sul terrazzo. In casa non mancava proprio nulla ! L'appartamento non è stato appena ristrutturato, ma qualche difetto agli infissi non può certamente inficiare la comodità. Spiaggia sottostante molto carina e poco frequentata.

Avis très mitigé

La maison est tb placée au dessus de la plage (mais il faut quand même marcher un peu pour trouver l’escalier qui y descend,+60 marches) Elle est très au calme face au sunset et au bout d’un grand jardin ou l’on peut se garer .Cependant, savoir que l’autre partie de la maison mitoyenne est aussi louée. Par chance , nous avons eu des voisins très discrets La location est conforme au descriptif et il y a à disposition tous les produits nécessaires (non alimentaires ) Le problème est la vétusté de la maison (à part la salle d’eau ) :elle est très humide d’où mauvaises odeurs dans les placards et murs abimés ; les fenêtres laissent passer le vent et même la pluie . Nous avions froid la nuit car il n’y a pas de couverture De plus,le lit n’est pas confortable Dans la cuisine, seulement de l’eau froide qui coule quand elle a envie ;le gaz a très peu de débit (nous avons pourtant changé la bouteille ) et il n’y a pas de microonde. La maison est mal disposée : grande chambre sur la mer mais le séjour avec tv est au nord, et l’éclairage est bien triste !! Dans l état actuel, le prix demandé est très exagéré (par rapport à d’ autres locations que nous connaissons ).Nous avons été déçus

beautiful location

We had a wonderful stay in this house. The location is perfect and we also loved Bosa, just a 15 min drive. The contact with the owner Silvia in before was clear and fast. At the arrival a warm welcome by Sophie and explanation about the house and area. We had everything we needed in the house ; really we could not expect a better place ! No hidden surprises, well equipped as described on the site, clean and a calm place. In the immediate surroundings enough possibilities to eat and/or to visit: Magomadas, Tresnuraghes in 10 min by car. Diving at Bosa Diving centre at Bosa Marina 10 min. The neighboring house, connected to this location, is also a fantastic family house for easily 6 people or more. Some days the sea was like a mirror, some days there were waves but in general ideal for swimming and sunbathing at a calm beach ( at least, when we were there in Juli) We recommend this place for everyone who enjoys the ever changing view at sunset. If we come back to Sardinia, we know where we want to stay! All the best, Jan & Christian

Schönes kleines Häuschen direkt am Meer !!!

Wir haben zwei Wochen in Santa Maria del Mare bei Silvia Urlaub gemacht und es war wunderbar ! Schön ruhig gelegen und vor allem direkt am Strand / Meer, mit einem herlichen Blick von der Teraase ! Panorama Sonnenuntergänge inklusive ! Wenn wir noch mal nach Sardinien fahren ist das unser Favorit !!!! Und der Besitzer war immer für uns erreichbar und hat sich sehr bemüht unsere Probleme so schnell wie möglich zu lösen ! Bis demnächst Silvia
