Located 10 minutes from the inter-ski lifts of Super Chatel and Linga which leads to the entire Portes du Soleil area and 800 m from the village. Shuttle stop (free and regular) at 200m
You have a breathtaking view of the mountain setting that surrounds you and the lake of Vonnes.
1 garage parking space and 4 outdoor spaces.
 - 7 bedrooms from 9 to 28m2 all equipped with en-suite shower room with hairdryer / separate WC and television. Wi-Fi throughout the chalet

Ground floor (95m²): A main entrance with a garage, boot dryer, ski and bike depot, 1 billiard and table football room 1 entrance hall with wardrobe, freezer, fridge, washing machine and dryer

1st floor (115m²):
- 1 large American kitchen fully equipped with dining room, tables and chairs that can accommodate 20 guests (45m²), open onto the furnished terrace (tables, chairs, barbecue) with view of the lake, its mountains and its south west location
- 1 large lounge / TV area (24 m²) very cozy, all in old wood with its fireplace and direct access to the terrace where the 6-person jacuzzi is located.
- 1 children's area (10 m²) with Wii console TV and board games
- 1 bathroom + WC and 1 separate WC.
- 1 double bedroom (160x200) with 1 shower and 1 separate WC.
- At the back of the chalet you have a small garden corner terrace.

Nous souhaitions réunir amis et familles pour un beau weekend afin de fêter nos 30ans et nous n'avons pas été déçus ! Cet endroit s'y prête à merveille: grande table pour partager, équipements modernes, belles chambres et bel emplacement. Merci à Julien pour sa disponibilité. Je recommande!

Heerlijk huis in mooi gebied
Ruim huis, licht, schoon, ruim voldoende servies et cetera, vriendelijke ontvangst, goede communicatie vooraf. Bakkerij op loopafstand, fijn voor de ochtenden. Wandelen kan vanuit de achtertuin, ook fijn. En niet genoemd in de advertentie, wel aanwezig: jeu de boulebaan en ballen, ook erg leuk. Aanrader!

Nous avons passé deux superbes journées dans ce chalet très bien équipé pour des groupes, décoré avec goût et très cosy. Accueil sur place très chaleureux.

Sehr schönes, geräumiges Haus. Viel Parkplatz, schöner Aufenthaltsraum Stühle Waren nicht bequem), Küche ist gut eingerichtet (es fehlen kleinere Schüsseln und Deckel für die Kochtöpfe). Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, Übergabe und Abnahme verliefen reibungslos. Würde dieses Haus immer wieder besuchen und weiter empfehlen.

Un jacuzzi mal entretenu, pas de réseau, frais de ménage obligatoire et un propriétaire qui rentre !
Tout avait pourtant bien commencé, la propriétaire semblait aimable, mais pas de chance sur place ce fut son père, autoritaire et sans gêne, qui nous a accueilli et nous a obligé pour les papiers d’arrivée à payer des frais de ménage de 400€ (du jamais vu) (finalement il les a ensuite ramené à 200€ et j’ai dû insister pour avoir une facture puisqu’il ne souhaitait que des espèces au départ. Le second soir, alors que nous sommes 5 personnes dans le jacuzzi et le reste à table, nous subissons une panne électrique qui va durer près d’une heure, en cause le fusible du jacuzzi que nous arrêterons à cause de ça (c’est lui qui faisait sauter les fusibles, il devait y avoir un problème électrique près du jacuzzi). Hé bien figurez vous, qu’ils nous nous ont facturé la réparation pour le jacuzzi défaillant !! Plus de 300€ quand même ! Nous étions tous contents de pouvoir jouer au billard et Baby foot, mais dans l’annonce ils se sont bien gardés de dire qu’il fallait aller à la cave et traverser le grand garage gelé pour arriver dans cette petite pièce de cave. Bref et pour finir, nous étions 15 donc 15 témoins a l’appui, le propriétaire avec qui nous avions convenu d’un départ après 10h, se pointe dans la salle à manger vers 9h20 alors que nous sommes tous en petites tenues, sans dire bonjour, le gars commence à inspecter la maison et ouvrir les fenêtres. De mémoire, nous appelons cela une violation de domicile dans le code pénal ! Une procédure va d’ailleurs être entamée auprès de la plateforme car il est inadmissible de vivre cela en vacances, dans une location. Nous louons régulièrement des chalets de ce type et nous n’avons jamais vu cela ! A fuir PS: J’imagine que le propriétaire répondra à ce commentaire, mais encore une fois, 15 personnes peuvent témoigner de ces problèmes !

Très bon séjour récréatif et sportif
Check-in et Check-out : Aucun soucis. Le réseau téléphonique est compliqué sur châtel mais la communication s'est faîte aisément. Emplacement : Station hivernale par nature, ça se ressent en été il n'y a pas foule et c'est pour le mieux. 250 mètres du Lac de Vonnes pour des promenades digestives. 1 kilomètre à pied du Centre ville et des commodités. Départ de nombreuses randonnées depuis le Gîte notamment sur Super Châtel pour visiter le versant Suisse. 35 minutes de Thonon-les-Bains / Evian - 1 H 45 du Vieux Annecy. Gîte : Très bien équipé, spacieux, télévision dans chaque chambre, Wifi stable. Le billard et le baby-foot. Le S.P.A est idéalement placé. Beaucoup de place de parking dont une en garage. Isolé du reste du village et de la rue principale donc aucune nuisance. Bon séjour. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Wir waren mit 19 Erwachsenen zum biken in Chatel und hatten mit der Unterkunft eine top home base. Netter unkomplizierter Vermieter, und ein sehr komfortables Haus. Gerne wieder.

Bien situé légèrement en retrait de la route principale et à quelques mètres d'un charmant lac, ce chalet correspond très bien à l'annonce et à la vidéo du site. Parking privé pour 7 voitures.

wonderful chalet!!!!
We were 5 families ( 10 adults + 10 children+ 2 babies)and we had a fantastic experience! The chalet is very big 2 living big living rooms and each bed room has a separate toilet and bathroom (which a big advantage upon other chalets we have visited). Although we were a big group with lots of children, it wasn't too crowded and each one had space for himself . The chalet is clean, organized and well equipped. The owners are always available (before and during the vacation) very kind and put a big effort in order to ensure a perfect stay. The location is great, lots of fun activities around and the city is beautiful. Highly recommended!

Très beau séjour !
Nous avons loué ce magnifique chalet à l'occasion de la Pass'Portes du soleil. Fraichement rénové correspond entièrement à la description. Nous étions 17 adultes et deux enfants et chacun trouve sa place sans se marcher dessus, autant au niveau des chambres et des salles de bain que des espaces communs. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus en hiver comme en été. Il y a en prime de nombreux jeux de société, une console de jeu pour les enfants et même un kit karaoké pour ceux qui aiment pousser la chansonnette. La propriétaire est sympa et arrangeante au niveau des horaires. En bref n'hésitez pas ! C'est une très bonne location.
