Galére

Un incendie a eu lieu dans les parties communes. Impossible de joindre l'hôte Adrien. Personne s'est occupé de nous trouver un autre logement, nous nous sommes débrouillés seules. Réclamation auprés d'abritel. Demande le remboursement intégral. Trés mécontente.

La mauvaise foi personnifiée

Le logement est bien photographié ... dommage qu'on ne voit pas qu'il donne sur le parking avec un ballet régulier et bruyant. Le logement est au rdc près de l'entrée de l'immeuble, elle même très bruyante. J'ai passé quelques heures dans le logement car, que la clim ne marche pas, en soit ce n'est pas une catastrophe mais que même éteinte elle continue à faire du bruit (plus de 45db, donc impropre à la location), et que le propriétaire ne veut rien entendre, là c'est le pompom. Heureusement Adrien, le service de conciergerie à su prendre les choses en main et me trouver une solution à mon problème. Il a été très dur de faire annuler cette location au vendeur. Merci Adrien encore pour sa persuasion. Je ne recommande pas du tout ce propriétaire et en ce qui concerne le logement, il faut souligner qu'il n'y a pas de lave linge comme indiqué dans l'annonce, que le canapé et très inconfortable et que l'espace est beaucoup plus confiné que sur les photos. La salle de bain est plutôt bien mais je n'ai pas eu le temps de l'essayer. Le propriétaire n'a accepté l'annulation qu'à la seule condition de lui redonner 30€ (mesquin ...). A votre disposition tous éléments prouvant mes dire. Bonne chance, Mr. B.
