Welcome to my single storey house located 450m above sea level 10 km from Besançon. It is located in the countryside in a recent and quiet housing estate with a view of the fields and the swimming pool, and has an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kitchen utensils)...
You will have access to 4 private rooms (4 new double beds plus double sofa in the living room) for a maximum of 10 people as well as (kitchen, dining room, living room with tv, bathroom, WC terrace, swimming pool, lawn, sofa double bed).Fiber Wi-Fi. Cot on request.
The swimming pool is accessible and located out of sight. Group parties and birthdays are not allowed. Cancellation possible 14 days before 100% refunded.
There will be no other people but you.
The garage is not part of the rental.
