Our property, surrounded by 2500 m² of garden planted with Mediterranean trees with a view of the Aiguille de Bavella, has a large private heated swimming pool with submerged beach (9.5 x 4), a large parking lot and can accommodate 6 people plus 1 or 2 babies in a calm environment.
A spacious and bright living room (living dining room) with semi-open kitchen very well equipped: fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, hob and oven, hood.
The living room opens onto the south, on a large terrace and a large heated and secure swimming pool (10 x 4.5) with submerged beach, with deckchairs, garden furniture, plancha and pergola.

The toilets are independent, 1 large fitted wardrobe is in each bedroom (wall-mounted dressing room with shelves and double wardrobe).
Two terraces follow the living room on either side with living room and dining table.
A pétanque court awaits you (with pétanque balls on site)
A Plancha (with gas) will allow you to make summer meals without the hassle of a complicated kitchen (marinated vegetables of the sun, shellfish, fish or grills)
Parking is provided for several cars.

Near the villa, nature offers us a sumptuous landscape with its beautiful natural rivers where large gray rocks and crystal clear water rub shoulders. The Cavu river (1 km), a heavenly site not to be missed, the spectacle is magical! Basins dug in the rock, the freshness of the fresh and translucent water: paradise in summer!
A natural site where you can picnic or enjoy the restaurants.
The Adventure Park offers many activities for all ages (from 3 years old): tree climbing, canyoning, aqua trekking, whitewater swimming and hikes in the Alta Rocca.
The village of Ste Lucie (with all amenities: bakery, butcher, post office, newsagent, medical center, supermarket .....) is nearby (800 m or 3 min)
Always nearby (5 km or 12 min), one of the most beautiful bays in the South of Corsica, Pinarellu, its white sand beach, its pine forest, its huts, and its Marine Village and its restaurants and glaciers, and the possibility of to practice all nautical activities (boat rental, jet, diving, kite surfing, paddle, pedal boats,…)
On either side of Porto Vecchio, you have a variety of beaches. The magnificent bays and beaches of Fautea, Villata, St Cyprien, Cala Rossa, Palombaggia, Santa Giulia, Rondinara to the south; Piantarella and La Tonnara, near Bonifacio. Do not hesitate to see them all, they all have their charm. 30 km away, you also have the golf course of Spérone, its magnificent beaches and the essential Bonifacio, pearl of Corsica with a view of Sardinia, its citadel, its cliffs, its turquoise waters
Figari airport is 30 minutes away.
