Large and beautiful apartment 130m2 village center GRD BORNAND+private parking lot

APARTMENT COMPLETELY RENOVATED in 2015, very contemporary and warm atmosphere.

A large corridor serves 4 large bedrooms, 3 are equipped with 160 bed, 1 bedroom is equipped with twin beds. 1 of the bedrooms has an adjoining bathroom with WC and corner bath. There is a 2nd bathroom with shower + WC.
The rooms are facing the back, so very quiet.

Integrated kitchen with bar, open to the living room in which there is 1 stove for the winter evening and 1 foosball for the pleasure of all.
A balcony overlooks the village square and allows you to enjoy the magnificent view of the Aravis range.


YOU ARE THE VILLAGE to fully enjoy your stay. It is perfect for people who do not ski.

FOR SKIERS, shuttles pass every 10 minutes on the village square and take you to the gondola for downhill skiing or cross-country skiing ... you can also go on foot.

Ski lockers are available at the entrance of the apartment.

PRIVATE PARKING and GARAGE at your disposal to park your car and not to touch during your stay.

Appliances raclette, fondue and toboggan too.

All linen is provided.

Short stays allowed on request.
Deposit 1000 euro (not cashed) requested the day of arrival and returned 1 week after departure.

appartement très bien situé , en plein centre, avec une belle vue . Télécabine du rosay à quelques minutes à pied Accueil agréable . En revanche, machine à laver en panne à notre arrivée, et seule solution proposée par la propriétaire: le lavomatic. Appartement bien équipé, Quelques aménagements seraient bienvenus pour faciliter la vie à 8 (exemple pas de placard libre dans la cuisine) Propreté de fond à améliorer (poussière, saleté sur les étagères à vaisselle…)

De l’espace et du calme, au cœur du village

Skieur ou non, vous trouverez votre bonheur dans ce très bel appartement, spacieux et très bien agencé. Remontées mécaniques toutes proches. Nous y allions à pieds, chaussures et skis au casier chez le loueur en face des télécabines. Au cœur du village, toutes commodités à moins de 5 minutes. Voiture au garage toute la semaine. Parfait. Nous reviendrons.

Beautiful apartment right in the heart of town

A charming apartment right in town with easy access to the bus stop taking you right to the ski slope in 5 minutes. We had a great week staying in this apartment with easy access to shops, restaurants and the ski hire shops. Just park your car and don’t move it for a week, perfect! We also seemed to have the whole building to ourselves so there was no noise to worry about or our children making noise! Also plenty of space to leave skis, poles, boots etc and very safe. Raphaëlle the owner is a lovely lady, she met us and ran through everything on the day we arrived. Would definitely recommend this place and would definitely come back.

L'appartement est situé au coeur de celui ci.tout est facile d'accès.L'appartement est spacieux et chaleureux,idéal pour des vacances entre amis.nous etions 7adultes et trois enfants en bas âge.C'était top Pour aller skier, 10minutes a pied pour rejoindre les oeufs ou navette en bas de l'appart.bref tout était reuni pour de belles vacances

Une semaine de Noël magique avec neige abondante !!

Ce fut un séjour très agréable dans un cadre absolument formidable !! Les espaces de vie très agréables, suffisamment spacieux pour que chacun se sente à l'aise. et tout le confort possible, ça ne pouvait pas être mieux... L'emplacement est idéal, la terrasse donnant sur la place du village nous permettait de suivre toutes les animations de Noël ce qui comblait les enfants, et la nuit aucun bruit puisque les chambres avaient vue sur les montagnes à l 'arrière. Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Adresse à retenir, nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !

Parfait !

Magnifique appartement, tres chaleureux. Très bien équipé (spécialement pour la cuisine). Idéalement placé au cœur du village avec deux places de parking (accessibles si peu ou pas de neige). Notre séjour fut vraiment parfait. Pas besoin d'utiliser la voiture tout est accessible à pied ou en navette. Les chambres sont spacieuses. La vue depuis le salon sur le village et les Aravis est sublime. Nous sommes venus entre amis et nous ne le regrettons pas ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

EXCELLENT SEJOUR

Nous avons passé une super semaine, dans ce très bel appartement, rénové récemment avec beaucoup de goût. Nous étions 6, chacun avait son espace, il y a 4 ( grandes) chambres. Mémorables parties de baby-foot après le ski. Très jolie vue de l'appartement qui est au centre du village, donc très bien placé tout en étant très calme. La propriétaire, très agréable, nous avait même proposé de venir la veille du jour prévu car l'appartement était libre. Bref, un sans faute. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Ski Season Family Holiday March-April 2016

Thank you so much for a lovely stay at your beautiful apartment. 2 adults + 3 children. The location was so wonderful, just above the bakery, overlooking the village square full of lovely restaurants and bars. The apartment was very clean and tidy with a modern rustic decoration. The ski bus stop was 1 minutes walk away or alternatively a pleasant 5 minute stroll. The bedrooms were large and the beds comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed and the views from the balconies encouraged us to stay in rather than go out! Thank you Raphael, we hope to be back soon.

Excellent séjour en famille au coeur du village

L'appartement est spacieux, chaleureux, et conforme à l'aperçu que les photos permettent d'avoir. Les chambres sont bien distribuées, la cuisine ouverte sur le séjour avec son grand bar est idéale pour partager les repas en toute convivialité. Très bien situé en plein cœur du village, on est à portée immédiate des commerces et des animations. Propriétaire sympathique, disponible, de bon conseil, et à l'écoute. Vivement recommandé.

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans ce magnifique, chaleureux et spacieux appartement idéalement situé au cœur du village.
