Perfect fit

We loved this house. Great location away from it all but only a short drive to the gondola. Comfortable beds, plenty household necessities and comforts of home. Can’t wait to return!!

Great stay

Our large group had a super stay at this house. It had plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the location on the outskirts of town and even had a moose, weasel (we think that’s what it was) and squirrel visitors. The communication from Summit Luxury, the management company, was as good as it gets.

Lovely family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for an extended family vacation. We loved spending time on the back deck and enjoying family time in the great room. The house was a bit farther from town than we expected, so we did a bit more driving than planned.

Great place to stay and close to Main Street

We loved the proximity to town, the Troll, the Sawmill, and hiking trials. We walked everywhere we went. The house was very comfortable for our family of eight adults. Kitchen was well stocked.

Moose heaven

We enjoyed our stay. Visited by a mother and baby moose every evening. Wish we would have known there was construction in the back. Kind of disturbed the quiet and the view. The rooms were very nice. Bathroom in the basement didn’t really work.

Summit Lodge At Breckinridge

Our stay this early September, we were greeted by a member of Summit Lodge and given a brief showing of the amenities, hot tub, outdoor fireplace and grilling facilities. We used all of these and were all in good working condition. All the appliances and cookware were more than adequate. We highly recommend this Summit Lodge!

Beautiful property! Perfect for large families/groups

We really loved this house! There was 11 of us that stayed here. It was a great location, not really walking distance to anything downtown though. The only complaint was the coffee pot was so dated and terrible. Other than that, it was great and we highly recommend.

Dream trip

This location was perfect for my dream trip. It offered the right mount of space and they made sure it had a Christmas tree etc. for holiday season. We got snowed in and they made sure our driveway was cleared so we can get in and out of the property. The property manager was always available and willing to come to the property and gave some great tips of events and fun things to do in town.

Great family vacation in Breckenridge

The house was just as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. We had a couple of minor issues that were fixed VERY quickly by the property manager, even on a Sunday. The location is just outside of town, but still walkable (~15 minutes). However, it is very close to excellent hiking starting at the Sawmill just down the street, as well as the famous Breckenridge Troll. Highly recommended.

Lovely ski resort home

It's a beautiful home as pictured. Our family of 9 found it very spacious and well-designed for hanging out together. We loved the large dining table and extra seating at the island. The mud room had a lot of coat hooks and space for our ski gear. The property management responded immediately one evening when we had a question about the hot tub. We hope this property will be available again next year.

Needs Better Management

Trash bins were overflowing on arrival, hot tub was so gross it needed drained and refilled, there was no propane for fire pit on arrival, and a few other things. All was addressed in time, but issues/inconveniences that shouldn't be there for a "luxury" rental.

Perfect Getaway For Our Girls Weekend

Wonderful property that was super clean and well kept. We enjoyed happy hour on the deck with the fire pit and a warm relaxing end of the day in the hot tub! We had 5 girls and it was perfect for everyone to get their own space and bathroom! Well stocked with everything you need. Loved the property.

Great property and location to Breckinridge!

The house was perfect for our family of eight. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the views from the deck were amazing. A little bit of a walk into town but our kids did not mind. Check in was extremely easy. Just a heads up that if you do any cooking at the house zip lock baggies or paper plates etc. are not provided. Thx for our 1st great trip to Colorado!
