On the second floor of a building surrounded by nature, with spectacular mountain views, large balcony for sunbathing and outdoor dining in fine weather. Downstairs bright living room with sofa bed (two singles), TV, equipped kitchen with oven and coffee machine. By staircase leads to the second floor attic (but very high) where you will find the first bedroom with double bed and the second bedroom with a single bed (double) gallery with single bed. Dressing room with sink and bathroom with sink, bidet, shower and washing machine. Ideal for families or groups of 4-5 friends. No parking fee for guests of the apartment building.
The apartment is fully equipped: dishes and cutlery, sheets and towels, hair dryer, washing machine, oven, coffee machine, TV, balcony with table, umbrella and chairs. Into the underlying common garden you can sunbathe and enjoy the cool in the summer. Slopes of Les Arnauds within walking distance skiing. Melezet and Campo Smith 5-minute drive.

One of the worst apartments ive stayed in

We arrived Sunday to a lovely food hamper. This is when the positive aspects of the apartment stop. As we were shown around we told the previous guests had damaged several things in the apartment. The owner did not show any indication that any of it would be fixed during our stay just told which things were broken. The stairs were broken, they had been temporarily fixed with selotape. We kindly given more selotape just in case we needed it! The gas hob buttons were damaged but we were told it would be ok we just had to be careful. The drawer for cutlery was broke so be careful not to pull all the way out in case it "will brake your toe" Lastly the flooring was lifting outside the bathroom so duck taped back down so we didn't trip. As we tried to cook supper that evening we soon realised that that the gas hob buttons were not just a bit broken but once turned on we could not turn off! With two small babies with us this was particularly worrying. We eventually figured out how to turn off at the mains gas supply. On Monday morning we could not have hot showers as there was no hot water coming out of the shower. Fortunately the owner was prompt in her responses and both of these problems were fixed by Monday night. As our children were asleep by the time we found out the shower was fixed our first showers were Tuesday morning!! We were also advised by the Gas engineer who 'fixed' the hob that we must turn off the mains gas every night before we went to bed because the system was so unsafe. My daughter who was sleeping in just a nappy was also covered in bites for the first few nights, we informed the owner and were told no one else has complained and was just incredibly defensive. We all slept fully clothed for the rest of the trip. The bites stopped so we do not know what caused them but the owners concern for my daughter was non existent and her defensive attitude was insulting and rude. By Friday afternoon the problems started again, the shower which was directly above the porch started leaking through the light fittings over the light bulb. This is obviously very dangerous so we were unable to shower again before we checked out as the owners were unable to send someone to fix this. We have been offered no compensation for the lack of shower for half of our stay and the unsafe conditions we were expected just to put up with.

Situation idéale par rapport aux pistes de ski

Nous avons passé un peu plus d'une semaine dans cet appart. Sa situation permet de se rendre à pied aux pistes de ski tout en restant loin de la foule et du bruit du centre ville, surtout le weekend. Proprietaire très gentile et soigneuse. L'appartement était très propre et il ne manquait de rien.

Very good!

Ciao a tutti quelli che leggeranno! Siamo stati in 5 dai 6 ai 45 anni più il cane e siamo stati benissimo! Caldo, comodo, accogliente e luminoso. La chicca però è la proprietaria, persona gentilissima, veloce nelle risposte e molto disponibile!! Buone sciate e agli estivi buone gite!

Very good

Molto accogliente, caldo, comodo vicinissimo alle piste! Eravamo in 5 dai 6 ai 45 anni più il cane e siamo stati benissimo. Ma la chicca è la proprietaria cordiale gentilissima disponibile e veloce nelle risposte! Buona vacanza a tutti quelli che leggeranno, sciatori ed estivi gitanti!

Très bonne appréciation

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Federica. Celui-ci est très agréable, très confortable, spacieux, lumineux, bien équipé, plein de petits détails dans la décoration, très propre, bien situé (il y a une très bonne pizzeria à quelques mètres de l'appartement), il y fait bien chaud et il est vraiment très douillet. Federica est une personne charmante et attentionnée qui nous a donné bon nombre de détails et de conseils lors de notre arrivée. Nous la remercions encore pour le panier garni (bien fourni!) qui nous attendait le jour de notre arrivée. C'est une adresse que nous recommandons vivement!
