THIS IS A HOUSE SEPARATE FREE STANDING HOUSE TECHNICALLY IT IS A TRIPLEX WITH A SEPERATE BUILDING IN THE BACK. THE LAUNDRY ROOM IS SHARED. PARKING IS ON THE STREET AND QUITE EASY. MONDAYS IS TRASH DAY THAT IS THE ONLY CHALLENGING DAY.
