Huge Disappointment

I booked this room because I was taking my daughter, 14 year old grandson and 10 year old granddaughter on a much needed vacation (in the last year my husband and mom passed). When we walked in the place looked good....then we went to make dinner and found crusty food on the plates. The dishes had to be washed before they could used. The sofa had weird white stains on it and the bathroom tub had mildew on the drain plug, etc. Later in the evening, my granddaughter went to use the bathroom and the make shift board used to cover the plumbing on the jacuzzi tub had fallen off and we were unable to open the bathroom door. I called to get it fixed but the repair man was unable to get to us until 11:00 that night. After he left, it was discovered that the hide-a-bed was broken, so my 6'2 grandson had to sleep on the sofa. Also, based on the cleanliness of the place in general we opted not to use the jacuzzi tub. Side note, the manager, Anna, and the repairman, Dale, were both great. They were both very friendly and apologetic. I did ask for the owner to call me and 4 days later....nothing HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!

Great location if you don’t need Wi-Fi

Loved the location and price. Nicely decorated. Convenient to everything and supplied with everything you need. As I knew about the lack of great Wi-Fi usage, I can’t complain. One bathroom was dated, but the other was better. I’d stay there again if I needed a condo, but the lack of Wi-Fi that works may send me in a different direction. This is only because I like to plan while not having to leave to do it.

Family getaway

We stayed for labor day weekend and this was the perfect spot. The price was great, the place was clean, had plenty of space, and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

SMOKE

IT WAS ALITTLE HARD GETTING INTO THE ROOM AND WHEN WE DID IT SMELT LIKE SMOKE. NO ONE IN THE FAMILY SMOKES SO WE HAD TO BUY SOME AIR FRESHNER, IT WAS A NICE PLACE BUT THERE WERE NO DIRECTIONS FOR HOW TO WORK THE TVS. BUT THE WORST THING WAS MY 8 MONTH OLD GRANDDAUGHTER WAS CRAWLING NEAR THE FIREPLACE AND CUT HER KNEE OPEN ON THE TILE THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE FLUSH WITH THE FLOORING, WE THOUGHT WE WERE GOING TO HAVE TO TAKE HER TO THE DR BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT STOP BLEEDING. BUT OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS A NICE ROOM.

I wouldn't say it's a condo necessarily more like an apartment. However, it was very nice, clean, a well stocked kitchen with a washer and dryer, and a pool out back and everything seems to be in walking distance. I would stay again.

Nice place!

The building itself is a little dated but the condo was very nice. We had an issue with the tv's and they sent someone to work on them right away. Beds were comfortable, plenty of room and the layout is great. There really isn't a good view from the balcony and what little there is will soon be gone due to construction. But that's not their fault. My only suggestion would be to put a comfortable set of chairs on the balcony. The parlor set is cute but not great for setting and enjoying morning coffee.

Disappointing

The only two positives to this place was it was pretty clean and the location was good. The carpet was stained, the beds were very uncomfortable, the furniture was uncomfortable, the tvs would not work, the shower was so short had to lean down. I could go on. Emailed the agency about tvs and got no response. We left a goose down pillow, and were charged the fee for returning. Then I was never contacted as to whether they located it or not. So it was a very disappointing uncomfortable stay. I would not recommend.

Property needs attention

No tv service, for the price I think there should be available cable or dish tv included. Horrible Wi-Fi - same as tv needs to upgrade Wi-Fi for the price- dirty carpets and dishes in the cabinets. Tub in master bedroom cracked in the corner. Whole condo needs updated. Only saving grace it was convenient to the parkway.
