Poor communication with the agents

I never will rent a place through this site because after driving for 20 hours, with two kids in a car, I got at the resort and they did not reserve because the agents did not get in touch with the manager. I stayed on the phone for 3 hours to try and resolve and in the end, they didnt send me no email, nothing. I had to look for another place to stay. After one week, they returned my money but they kept the fee. If they did nothing, why did they keep the fee? This is the worst site to rent and Id never recommend it to anyone.
