This one-storey house offers a living area of 81 m2, comprising a dining room living room of 29 m2, an independent fitted kitchen of 11m2, a bedroom with a double bed of 160, a bedroom with 2 beds of 90, bathroom with shower, sink and heated towel rail, separate wc.
A veranda of 12 m2, a barbecue outside.
The electric heating pleasantly completes its comfort.
A 200 m2 shaded garden with lawn and palm tree as well as a small sheltered courtyard. Fully fenced house and garden.
Optionally, it is possible to rent sheets, bath and hand towels.
You also have the option of requesting the cleaning option which will be done after your departure.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Haus war auch bei kühlen Sommer Temperaturen sehr angenehm. Der Garten, mit Salat und Tomaten liebevoll für die Gäste. Gastgeber außerordentlich freundlich und die Marmelade u. A. Wunderbar.

Gemütliche Ruheoase in perfekter Lage

Wunderschöne Wochen in diesem gemütlichen, sauberen Ferienhaus mit Garten, Gemüsegarten und Wintergarten bei sehr sympathischen aufmerksamen, aber diskreten Vermietern. Alles im Ort ist zu Fuß erreichbar, zum Strand in 5 Minuten. Bei kaltem Wind ist der Wintergarten der perfekte Ort, die Terrasse mit Grill und Abendsonne lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Proximité de la plage et des commerces, maison extrêmement agréable et pour nous l’importance est aussi l’immense garage où on pouvait laisser et recharger nos vélos électriques …

Impeccable !

Aussi bien la maison (ses équipements et le ménage), le jardin, le potager mis à disposition (tomates, fraises, salade), l'emplacement à 3min de la plage et 5min du marché, l'accueil d'Olga et Bernard, tout était parfait ! Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances et sommes très heureux d'avoir pu profiter de cette maison. Une vraie pépite qui donne envie de revenir !

Nous avons été bien accueillis dans un logis idéalement placé au calme et pourtant à 2 pas de la plage et à 3 pas du marché. C'est un luxe de pouvoir se passer de la voiture dans une île où la circulation est souvent dense. Nous avons bien profité des fruits du potager et du barbecue et pris tous nos repas sur la terrasse. Très agréable séjour pour les parents comme pour les enfants. Une expérience à renouveler Famille Blanc (Paris)

Maison idéalement située : proche de la plage, du port et du centre du village (commerces). Rue très calme (sans issue). Rien ne manque dans cette maison et les propriétaires sont fantastiques. Nous y retournerons très certainement.

Très jolie maison au calme, avec un beau jardin, un potager, un grand garage pour voiture et vélos, à deux pas de la mer, proche du port, des restaurants et du marché... L'accueil des hôtes est chaleureux et attentionné. Tout était parfait ... que dire de plus ... nous reviendrons dès que possible pour y passer à nouveau un formidable séjour.

La maison du bonheur

Au risque de ne plus pouvoir y aller car elle sera toujours prise, il est difficile de ne pas se sentir bien dans cette superbe maison. Le calme, la convivialité, tout à porter de main à pied( plage à 150m, marché à 200m) le potager gourmand, l accueil des voisins, la maison très bien équipée en tout point, le garage et surtout la gentillesse de Bernard et Olga … tout y est pour passer de superbes vacances. C est une maison dans une impasse familiale où on se sent tout de suite bien comme à la maison. N oubliez pas les vélos et là vous serez les rois de l île.

Havre de paix à Saint Denis

Maison très agréable, bien agencée et équipée avec beau jardin, dans quartier calme tout en étant à 10min à pied de la plage, du centre bourg, marché, port et restaurants. Propriétaires très accueillants et prévenants. Séjour parfait.

Calme et confort à Saint Denis d'Oléron
