We have stayed at this property before and were anxious to visit again..the property is wonderful, well stocked, perfectly located, and owned by truly understanding individuals. We cannot wait to visit again..
The property was so beautiful and peaceful. The cabin we stayed in was just like the pictures posted. The perfect mountain getaway for any group. Pet friendly and my golden retriever enjoyed every minute playing in the creek and playing fetch in the meadow. No through traffic was also a huge plus.
Great property, helpful owners what more can you ask for? A few cabins on property so would be great for families traveling together but needing their own space. Property was very well maintained. Road in was a little scary, but only because not used to mountain roads! I loved staying in Bryson City. Quaint town with very nice people. I highly recommend tubing in Deep Creek. Being from Florida we tube the springs here. Completely different experience. It was beautiful and a ton of fun. Of course you have the Great Smokey Mountain Railroad in town too , with lots of experiences. We enjoyed their raft and rail trip. Having the box lunch helped us. It is not the world’s best sandwich, but I have paid more for worse. I wished we had focused more on just enjoying Bryson City and the Great Smokey Mountain National park. Loved the somewhat close to town with out feeling I was in town.
Robin, Sue, and their team do a great job of maintaining the property. The process from beginning to end was very easy. Our cabin was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and an easy drive to Bryson City, Cherokee, and other day trip destinations. Robin and Steve were very helpful in educating us on things to do in the area. Quiet, relaxing, and welcoming - we highly recommend the location and property! A lot of cabin options to choose from.
This cabin was in a nice location to the Polar Express Train ride. Beautiful scenery and lovely amenities at the cabin for our family. Would stay here again.
What an amazing hidden gem!! Let me just start by saying that this place is magical!! The location is far enough to give you the feel of being in the middle of nowhere, and close enough to have easy access to stores, coffee shops and the groceries. The cabin is super cozy and welcoming, everything you need is there!! We always have issues with hotels and rentals of not having towels enough for all of us (5 with 3 girls with long hair) and to my surprise there were probably a dozen big towels and more of the smaller ones. The kids loved playing up and down the creek and exploring the area. It really gave us the sense of relaxation we were looking for!! We will definitely book again for our next year vacation!!!
My husband and I took our 4 boys ages 9-16 for a long weekend. The cabin was clean and comfortable. We loved spending time at the creek and the fire pit. The owners provided firewood and my boys enjoyed picking it up and pulling the wagon of wood to our cabin. Ingles is 10 minutes away and downtown Bryson City is adorable!
No one wanted to leave! This cabin was exactly what we wanted and more! Plenty of space inside and outside for a family of 6. On site hiking trails were a wonderful surprise and of course the kids all loved having the creek right next to the cabin.
Enjoyed the serenity of our creek side cabin. Morning coffee and evening wine on the porch was lovely. Robin was onsite and very attentive; always available and friendly. Would visit again!
Beautiful, clean cabin in a great location. Easy access to Bryson City restaurants and short drives to great hikes. The property is well maintained and cabins are adequately spaced apart. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to return!
Our family had a relaxing vacation in the beautiful mountains thanks to Lands Creek Cabin rentals. The setting was serene and property was very well maintained. The staff were very helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. This cabin was just far enough out of Bryson City to feel secluded but not too far that it was inconvenient to run into town for a quick bite. We cannot wait to go back and stay there again!
This place is amazing. Perfect size for our family. Lucky for us, on our second day snowed so my kids had a blast thanks to one of the employees that came to our cabin and advise us that he put out some sleights for kids to enjoy. Nice gesture 🥰. Love that there is no crazy roads to get to cabin. Definitely will visit again. In a different season for new experiences in Bryson City.
Our family really enjoyed the Deer Run cabin - plenty of room for 3 kids and 2 adults! Cabin was just as described, clean and easy check in/out! Access to firewood and we enjoyed the fire pit by the creek! Owners were very helpful, cabin was well stocked and we hope to return next year! Property was located close enough to all things we wanted to do! Thanks for a great stay - we didn’t want to leave!!
Great stay, Bryson city is so much fun great location. The cabin was very clean and comfortable and perfect for my family. There’s plenty of room for the kids to run around outside and play but the creek. The only complaint I would have is you see some of the property equipment and dumpster from your view from the back porch. The wi fi doesn’t work that great but we were able to use our phones as hot spots and that worked 👍🏼 Over all great stay! We will be back!!!
Enjoyed the fire pit, sitting by the stream. Very nice owner, very helpful.

We became a part of Bryson City and its people in July of 1999 when we purchased the property that would become Lands Creek Log Cabins. As with many of our friends, we’d visit the Great Smoky Mountains as often as we could and each time it was tougher to go back home. From the first time we drove into this valley and alongside Lands Creek we knew we were meant to be here.
Robin moved up to start working on the site and building cabins in July of 2000. Sue, along with sons Josh and Kyle followed in June 2001. What later became the Squirrel’s Nest Cabin was the only cabin here when we began.
Lands Creek Log Cabins is a business built by the efforts and belief of family and friends. It is a true “family business” in every sense.
By the efforts of many we have grown a great deal in our time. Our grounds are now at 100 acres and the home to 19 wonderful cabins and The Lands Creek Lodge. At the center of it and down by the creek is Harmony Hall.
As we have grown, we have had one goal at the foundation of our business: To touch peoples’ lives in a positive way and to provide the opportunity for memories.
