Splendid villa on 2 levels with swimming pool in a quiet residence, located 20 minutes from the Center of Nice.
By its position the villa enjoys a magnificent view of sea and mountain and a sun exposure all day.

- 4 bedrooms, on the first level and 1 on the ground floor. All rooms are equipped with a large 160 bed with air conditioning. Sofa bed for 2 additional travelers.

- Living Room opening onto a terrace with garden furniture, panoramic sea and mountain views
