Ground floor: Entrance hall with separate WC, fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, 3 induction burners, oven ... Living room with 108 cm TV, bluetooth speaker. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and its bathroom including a bathtub and a 80x80 shower cubicle and sink. Washing machine and dryer. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds (90x200) and one with 1 double bed (160x200). Games room with arcade machine, table football and board games. Shower room with 80x80 shower cubicle. Free WIFI. Oil central heating (charges included). Bed sheets and towels included. Cleaning fee included. Chair and cot available.
