WATER VIEW HOUSE CLOSE TO LAKE ERIE

The home has great view of Lake Erie. There is a northeast view of water out most of windows in the home. A newly fenced in yard for our furry friends is very helpful. A beautiful partially enclosed covered patio has beautiful view of Lake. Home is close to many local attractions. Niagara Falls and Buffalo and National Comedy Center are 45 min away. Within 10 min drive from Erie wine Trail, Dunkirk Lighthouse, Sunset Beach (swimming)and Marine. Small village beach park ( rocky) few blocks away small boat ramp for Kayaks and small boats. The lake access for swimming and boating is an easy walk of 2 blocks.

Great Holiday Stay

We enjoyed our stay over Christmas break. The home was clean and comfortable. The home had everything for quick meals. We also appreciated the Christmas and Bills decorations. Go Bills! We look forward to a future stay.

Beautiful lakeside view

The view was amazing. Woke up to Sunrise every day over the lake Erie the house I stayed in was a beautiful three bedroom cozy, clean very well Kept house the owner communicated quite well with me at all times .it was everything she said and more. Would definitely stay there again.

Repeat visit

We have been staying at this house several time over the past few years. Perfect location. Sat on the outdoor covered patio and watched the lake every morning. Even though the weather was not so great, we had a great visit.

Amazing property closed to Buffalo and Erie, sun, beach and bbq

Perfect for our needs

Cathy was very nice to book with and commincation was a breeze. The property was very clean aside from some fruit flies that seem to be coming from the garbage disposal. The AC worked well, beds were comfty and it had eveything we needed for the week. We booked here to be close to family in Hanover Bay and it was a great location for going back and forth and very reasonably priced. Silver Creek is extremely tiny though and there isn't much nearby but we enjoyed spending an afternoon in Dunkirk and took a day trip to Niagara Falls which is only about an hour away. There are train tracks pretty close to the house so you hear the train at all hours. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again if we planned to visit with family again.

Great Stay in our Old Hometown Silver Creek

We had a great family stay at the house. House was well equipped to meet all your needs. Loved sitting out on the porch area with our coffee in the morning or early evening. Seeing chipmunks running around the property was a nice sight. Highly recommend this home if you will be in the area for a short or long visit.

Nothing short of awesome!

Communication with the owner was great right from the start. Very helpful with tips, directions, and info about the property and the general area. We felt SO very welcome upon entering the house the first time. Everything was sparkling clean and layed out for us as if we were royalty. Such a nice experience. Can't wait till we are able to visit again. We all loved it!

Cozy ranch with view of Lake Erie

Cozy home near the water

The home was cozy and near the water. It wasn't as clean as I thought it would be. There were spider webs hanging from some ceilings and doors. I didn't realize this was pet friendly until my sister, who is highly allergic to pet dander, walked in and started wheezing. It didn't help that the air vents were in the floors probably blowing more pet dander around. I would advise not to stay here if you have asthma or severe pet allergies. Overall the place was really nice, Cathy was great, and Tina the property manager was also great. The property is surrounded by really awesome neighbors.
