This luxury ocean-view suite at Villa del Palmar Cabo San Lucas offers three master bedrooms, all with king or queen-sized beds complemented by three master bathrooms, finished with Travertine marble accents and sunken tubs. In addition, the living room of this Cabo San Lucas luxury suite boasts a sofa, an entertainment center, and comfortable areas for lounging. The Suite also has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 8, and an expansive terrace with furniture so that each and every guest in your party can relax in true comfort

REGARDING THE ALL-INCLUSIVE MEAL PLAN: This plan is optional at the resort and is available to all guests with a confirmed reservation. Everyone staying in the same suite must participate in the all-inclusive plan together. The plan costs $140/day/adult and 50% less for children ages 4 - 12

NOTE: An all-inclusive meal plan option is available for any/all guests at their discretion. Everyone staying in the same suite must enroll and the resort requires that it include a minimum of 3 consecutive days.

PLEASE NOTE REGARDING CANCELLATION POLICY: The VRBO algorithm does not have the flexibility to accurately convey the cancellation policy so here goes: While there are no cancellations or refunds less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, if you need to cancel more than 60 days in advance there is a $350 cancellation fee from the resort which I will have to pass on to you but otherwise you will get the remainder of your payment fully returned.
