About this property

Our apartment, located in "Les Lauzieres" residence has been renovated. We have joined 2 studios together into 1 larger apartment of 58 sq.m facing the South West. It consists in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open kitchen which can accommodate comfortably 8.
Please see floor plan attached in the section Photos.
It is furnished with a washing machine / dryer, a dish washer, 1 TV in living room and 1 in the kids room, USB plugs in each room, ski boots electric dryer/heater, a panoramic electric fireplace...)

Ideally located in the heart of "Le Charvet" village, directly onto the ski slopes, it is also only a couple of minutes away from the main shopping street.
One big advantage for families with young children is the kindergarden located on the ground floor and the Ski School for beginners (ESF, Ecole de Ski Français) just across the main entrance!

Nice, well equipped apartment

We enjoyed a wonderful week in the beautiful Les Arcs.A beautiful and clean apartment. Everything you need is there.Restaurants and shops around the cornerYou can leave on skis in the morning and ski back to the door at the end of the day.

Great stay in Arc 1800

Lovely, clean and well maintained apartment; perfect for our family of six, and would be ok for eight. Comfortable, with well equipped kitchen, plenty of storage space in the bedrooms and useful ski racks and boot drier. Good access to shops & restaurants in Le Charvet and also to the slope outside the building from where we could ski in &out. Excellent communication with the owner, Celine..

Spacious apartment in great location

Celine has been the perfect host from the very fist communication; she has been available for any query, offering recommendations and checking in with us throughout the entire process. The apartment is spacious, warm, fully equipped and very convenient to the slopes of Arc1800, also relatively quiet given the proximity to the bars. People with mobility issues should note the layout of the building itself may make getting around difficult. Overall a great experience that my family enjoyed immensely.

Fantastic Apartment and Great Host

Great apartment, very well equipped throughout and very clean throughout.We were an all male party of 6 and was great for us, although the 4 bunks are a little smaller than standard for adults, but worked for us. The bunk room was also rather warm as you can't control the buildings central heating system.Celine, the host was very helpful and excellent communication throughout, even sending me links to the local sites for discounts on ski passes. Gaelle, the local lady that checked us in and out was also very helpful.Seen comments on other apartments regarding disposable bed linen, but ours was great and standard sheets, although there is a cost of 25 for singke sets and 30 for double sheets (with towels).The apartment block, Les Lauzieres, was like a maze but didn't take too long to work out which entrances to use - floor 8 for ski in/out and floor 6 for shops and restaurants which were directly outside the apartment block.If arriving by bus or train to Bourg St Maurice, I would recommend you consider a taxi rather than the funicular if you have lots of luggage as you need to a further bus from 1600-1800 and there are long queues. Aarthur Taxi Transfer 80 each way for up to 6 people - worth every penny ( Taxi Bourg Saint Maurice ) .Would certainly consider rebooking for any return trip to Les Arcs.Finally Les Arcs is a great ski resort and we completed over 160 miles during the week but get the extended pass which also covers La Plagne.

Semaine au ski à 2 familles

Taille de l'appartement très adaptée pour 2 familles avec les 4 enfants qui dorment dans la même chambre. Une des deux chambres avec lit double est plus exigüe que l'autre, mais acceptable pour un séjour ski d'une semaine.

Beau séjour en famille à huit

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille. A huit personnes , les parents et trois enfants dans la vingtaine et leurs petits copains. Appartement remarquablement équipé, confortable, vue sur les pistes. Accès aisé en voiture via le parking plein air et accès aisé aux pistes ski aux pieds. C’est un gros immeuble et malheureusement durant notre semaine il y avait beaucoup de fetards et donc de bruit aux alentours et dans les appartements voisins. Qu’on a pu réduire avec des bouchons auriculaires pour la nuit.

Les Arcs 1800 Ski aux pieds

Appartement très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Nombreux rangements, quantité de vaisselle parfaite pour 8 et de qualité. Entrée d'appartement parfaitement équipé pour stocké skis & snow, et faire sécher les chaussures. Accès et retour pistes très facile. On recommande.

Bel appartement conforme à la description. Personne sur place très accueillante. Petit bémol sur la literie de la chambre avec fenêtre, le matelas commence à se creuser ... mais pour une semaine ça passe ... Je recommande cet appart très bien situé.

C’est la deuxième année que nous louons cet appartement et ce fut encore une fois très agréable. L’appartement est très bien agencé et bien équipé. Refait à neuf. De nombreux rangements. Départ et retour ski aux pieds. Bref tout pour que le séjour se passe bien .

super, rien à redire

L'appartement est très bien situé, ski aux pieds, très proche de centre commercial le charvet(3 min à pied) et comme la vue de l'appartement est coté montagnes, aucune nuissance sonore. Il est d'une propreté irréprochable, tous les ustensiles de cuisine sont présents. De plus, Céline est réactive et fera en sorte que votre séjour se passe au mieux. Je le recommande fortement.

Génial ! Belle station et magnifique appartement !

Une première fois pour nous aux arc 1800 et une très belle expérience ! Station familiale et tres vivante L'appartement est superbe avec toutes les commodités. Une déco moderne et tout le confort souhaite ! Vraiment à recommander !

Logement très agréable pour passer un bon séjour aux Arcs

Ce logement a contribué à nous faire passer un excellent séjour de ski à la station des Arcs. Il n'y a rien a redire concernant ce logement au pied des pistes. Clarté de la pièce de vie, mobilier très fonctionnel, équipement de cuisine parfait, la literie est également très bonne. Tout y est très bien pensé pour y passer un très bon séjour. Nous recommandons largement ce logement !!
