Charming Apartment With A Stunning View In The Heart Of Chianti Classico

A self contained apartment on the first floor within a beautifully restored farmhouse retaining original faetures such as chestnut beams, cotto tiles & original stonework.
The apartment is composed by: 2 big bedrooms with king size double bed (can become 2 singles) with view to the garden or in the landscape.. The well equipped kitchen forms part of the light and airy high beamed ceiling living area. Beside the kitchen is a lounging area with a large l-shaped sofa. Bathroom with shower.
The apartment has it's own dedicated large terrace. It is paved with cotto, it is equipped with umbrella, table and chairs. There is a barbecue in the garden next to the terrace.

The apartment is located 5km from the nearest town, Greve in Chianti. Furthermore, we are located exactly halfway between Florence and Siena (35km of distance). Finally, you can visit most of the most beautiful towns of Tuscany such as San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Volterra ect.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour . Les propriétaires Angelika et Bacem de la belle demeure toscane sont très chaleureux. Nous avons eu toujours beaucoup plaisir a échanger avec eux et nous aurions bien voulu prolonger cette belle rencontre. L’appartement est très propre, fonctionnel, le linge de maison ainsi que la literie sont de qualités. La demeure est située en haut d’une colline qui nous offre une vue époustouflante avec des levers et coucher du soleil plus beaux chaque jour. Elle est très bien située pour découvrir la région et les lieux touristiques .

Une très charmante location idéalement située

Nous sommes restés une semaine chez Angelika et Bassem à Ruffoli dans le Greve in Chianti, avec nos trois enfants. C'est une très jolie maison dont l'appartement est bien équipé, juste il n'y a pas de micro-ondes et de lave-linge mais les hôtes proposent très aimablement leur four pour réchauffer vos plats. Ils sont très acceuillant, gentils, arrangeant et de très bons conseils pour vos visites. Pour y accéder il faut grimper un chemin pas mal cabossé, avec des cailloux, mais on s'y fait! Les principales villes comme Florence, Sienne, Pise sont situées entre 45min et 1h20 de la location. Un très beau séjour pour nous, et nous y retournerons les yeux fermés lors d'une revisite en Toscane! Encore merci à Angelika et Bassem

Perfect location to explore Tuscany

My family of 3 stayed in Angelika and Bassem's house from 7-15 June 2024. The house was located far up a beautiful hill with wine yards, and with an amazing view of sunrises as well as sunsets. The location gave us the possibility to hike in the nearby surroundings. Angelika and Bassem were so friendly and lovely towards our family, and showed us great hospitality. EARLY SUMMER

Really enjoyed our stay. Baseem and Angelika are caring and attentive hosts. The apartment is within their home but they struck a lovely balance of giving us our space and being around for a chat or a bit of help if required. Traditional farmhouse but well equipped and immaculately clean.

Situé à Rufolli en montagne et non à Greve dans le centre de la ville. Renseignements sur le site non conformes. Difficile de trouver l'endroit car non affiché sur la route... Auto essentielle pour s'y rendre!!! Route non pavée sur une bonne partie du chemin. Cuisine peu équipée. Grands espaces. Accueil très chaleureux. Vue à couper le souffle! Propriétaires super gentils...un gros plus!

Toller Urlaub in Chianti

Wir waren als Gruppe junger Studenten für eine Woche bei Angelika und es hat uns super gefallen! Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet und liegt auf einem Weinberg mit schönem Ausblick, sodass es auch bei etwas wärmeren Temperaturen noch angenehm ist. Angelika hat uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben und war rundum sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist zwar etwas abgelegen, aber für einen ruhigen Urlaub perfekt und Angelika hilft gerne bei allen Arten von Anliegen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Beautiful, restful location - we had a great stay

Four friends had a amazing experience at this property. The property is very nice, the location is stunning. The property is best enjoyed if you also have a car. The hosts were wonderful and extremely hospitable and helpful. If you like quiet and beautiful vistas, this is the place ! There is a good, regular, cheap bus (trip is about 45 minutes by bus and costs around 5 euros) from Florence to Greve in Chianti. The property is then about 5 to 6 minutes by car from Greve in Chianti.

Wunderschönes Landhaus nahe Greve

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im 1. Stock des wunderschön restaurierten alten, landestypischen Hauses. Sie ist gut und vollständig eingerichtet und liebevoll gestaltet. Das Haus ist von einem großen Garten sowie von Olivenhainen und Weinbergen der Gastgeber umgeben. Vom Garten aus haben wir weite Blicke in die Landschaft werfen und auch schöne Sonnenuntergänge sehen können. Der Garten besteht sowohl aus schattenspendenden Bäumen als auch aus Stellen für Sonnenanbeter. Darüber hinaus ist ein Hanggarten mit seltenen und schön blühenden Pflanzen angelegt. Die Ferienwohnung stellt einen guten Ausgangspunkt für etwas weiter gelegene Ausflugsziele (z. B. Florenz, Siena, Monteriggioni, Volterra, Colle Val d‘Elsa) oder für nette, kleinere Orte (z. B. Panzano, Castellina, Radda, Gaiole in Chianti) in der näheren Umgebung von Greve dar. Dazu hat uns die Gastgeberin Angelika gute Tipps gegeben. Auch zu unseren Interessengebieten „Restaurant“ oder „Pasticceria“ haben wir von ihr profitiert. Wir haben diesen Urlaub sehr genossen und können diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Horst M.

Ruffoli, Toskana hautnah und wunderschön

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem wunderbaren alten Bauernhaus mit herrlichem Ausblick ins Greve-Tal. Sehr ruhig gelegen, Zimmer sind groß und luftig und vor allen Fenstern sind feste Mückengitter installiert. Die Betten sind hervorragend samt Decken (nicht nur Laken mit Wolldecke!) Eine tolle Betreuung erfährt man durch die deutschsprechende Vermieterin und ihren Mann (englischsprachig), die beide immer tolle Tips parat haben . Es ist alles sehr unkompliziert und man fühlt sich gleich willkommen und herzlich aufgenommen. Der einzige Minuspunkt mag die Anfahrt über ein längeres Stück Schotterstrasse sein, das wirklich ziemlich holprig ist... Ansonsten gibt es für das Gesamtpaket - Daumen hoch!

Traumhafter Urlaub bei liebevollen Gastgebern

Wir verbrachten 8 unvergessliche Tage an diesem wunderschönen Ort im Chaintigebiet. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll ausgestattet, geräumig und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das alte Haus ist außergewöhnlich schön restauriert und bietet aus jedem Fenster traumhafte Ausblicke. Angelika hatte selbst gemachtes Olivenöl und eigenen Wein zur Begrüßung bereit gestellt, beides übrigens sehr köstlich. Auch Rosen aus dem eigenen Garten durften nicht fehlen. Wir haben von Angelika und ihrem Mann wunderbare Ausflugstipps erhalten und konnten uns mit Fragen an sie wenden. Der Garten und die Terrasse laden zu jeder Tageszeit zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, ob bei einem Kaffe oder einem Glas Wein. In der Umgebung kann man schöne Spaziergänge unternehmen und hat immer wieder die imposanten Weinberge vor Augen. Es gibt schöne kleine mittelalterliche Dörfer, die einen Besuch lohnen und natürlich die nahegelegenen Städte der Toskana. Die Tage sind viel zu schnell vergangen! Liebe Angelika, lieber Bassem, wir danken Euch ganz, ganz herzlich für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub!

Charmante Ferienwohnung im traumhaften Chianti Gebiet

Das Appartement liegt in einem alten, liebevoll hergerichteten Bauernhaus. Man kann das Auto direkt in der Auffahrt Parken, welche mit einem Gartentor abgetrennt wird. Die Gastgeber haben uns herzlich empfangen und wir haben uns direkt willkommen gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in der 1. Etage des Hauses der Gastgeber und ist mit einer eigenen Wohnungstür abschließbar. Es stehen zwei Schlafzimmer (beide mit traumhaftem Ausblick), eine kleine und funktionale Küche mit Wohnzimmer und ein Badezimmer zur Verfügung. Alles ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber haben keine Mühen gescheut und haben uns tolle Orte in der Nähe empfohlen. Dabei waren sie immer erreichbar und super hilfsbereit. Wir haben die gemeinsamen Abende wirklich genossen. Von der Ferienwohnung hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf das umliegende Land, man befindet sich oberhalb von Greve (ca. 4 km Entfernung). Wichtig ist hierbei, dass man ein Auto benötigt. Das Bauernhaus ist umgeben von grüner Landschaft mit Weinbergen und führt über eine teilweise unbefestigte Schotterstraße direkt ins Tal hinab. In Greve gibt es alles was man zum Leben braucht. Über einen Supermarkt, eine Apotheke, Metzger, Bäcker, Restaurants und Eisdielen, alles was das Herz begehrt. Mit dem Auto erreicht man innerhalb weniger Minuten die umliegenden kleinen Dörfer die definitiv einen Besuch wert sind. Wir können die Ferienwohnung und natürlich die Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen und freuen uns darauf wieder zu kommen! Versprochen.

Recentie vakantiewoning in Ruffoli bij Greve.

Mooie vakantiewoning in Ruffoli bij Greve in Chianti. Prima locatie met een prachtig uitzicht over het dal. Prima locatie ook voor uitstapjes naar bijvoorbeeld Greve, Florence, Siena, Radda, San Gimignano. De woning lag wel iets verder van Greve dan op de website was aangegeven. We hebben diverse wandelingen gedaan. Supermarkt in Greve. Wash en Dry in Greve. De gastvrouw en gastheer Angelika en Bassem waren heel gastvrij en deden alles om het ons naar de zin te maken, zonder zich op te dringen.
