Une vue magnifique sur la baie! En plus d'être un véritable cocon, cette villa est vraiment bien située, à quelques minutes à peine du centre de Porto Vecchio! Nous y avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Je remercie encore Maryline et Roland pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.

Propriétaires très sympathique et à l'écoute. Délai de réponses rapides. Le logement est conforme à l'annonce, très confortable, très bien aménagé et décoré avec goût. La piscine est très bien chauffée. Le gros +, la vue exceptionnelle sur le golfe de Porto-Vecchio. Le logement est idealement situé, à proximité de plages magnifiques. Pour les adeptes de randonnées, vous serez servis, en bord de mer ou en montagne dont l'accès est rapide (25/30 min) . Nous recommandons fortement ce logement. Pour résumé nous avons passé un séjour mémorable. Merci à Marilyne et Roland pour leur confiance.

Séjour parfait

La villa est vraiment superbe, grande et fonctionnelle. Terrasse et piscine très agréables. Maison parfaite pour y passer une semaine entre amis ou famille. Bel emplacement (avec une vue magnifique). La voiture est indispensable pour aller dans le centre et les plages. Les propriétaires sont très sympatiques, disponibles et réactifs! Encore merci! Je recommande très fortement cette location!

Amazing view ❤️

Great property for 2 couples or families. Very spacious & clean. Well equipped kitchen. Supplied bath and pool towels. Few minutes to grocery store. Sunrise are amazing. Pool was well maintained and BBQ available upon request with a deposit to be refunded upon leaving. The owners are very accommodating & very pleasant. This is a 5+ Hope to be back someday 💞

Großes Apartment für 1 Familie oder mehr. Begeisternde Aussicht.

Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer (1 davon ist Duchgangszimmer zum "Kinderschlafzimmer). 1 großzügiges Bad, eines eher kleiner. Alles sehr ordentlich und in top Zustand. Der Grill hätte nach Objektbeschreibung dabei sein sollen, aber die Gastgeber sagten uns, dass sie dafür dann eine Reinigungspauschale nehmen. Der Pool und die Terrasse sind einfach großartig. Man möchte sich gar nicht wegbewegen. Internet hat wunderbar funktioniert. Übergaben reibungsfrei, einfache Kommunikation in Englisch oder Französisch. Es war sehr heiß und das mochten die Ameisen scheinbar sehr gerne. Es wurden jeden Tag mehr. Angenehm war die Klima-Anlage. Dadurch war es innen trotz der Hitze draussen sehr angenehm. Küche war sehr üppig ausgestattet; es fehlte nichts. Wir waren dort mit 4 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind und dafür war die Wohnung Spitzenklasse.

Wohnung mit hohem Standard in einer Superlage

Wundervoller Ausblick auf die Bucht von Porto Vecchio, alles entsprach unserer Vorstellung, sehr gute Beschreibung der Anfahrt nach dem Verlassen der Hauptstraße, sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung, leider kein Fernsehempfang von deutschen Sendern

Well equipped appartment with a stunning view

Fantastic appartment with tasteful decor and furniture. Complete kitchen, quality beds and plenty of space. The best part is the patio and pool area. We spent most of our time here enjoying the stunning view over the Porto Vecchio bay area. The appartment is located 2km uphill from the main road in a small area where several villas/appartments share the same entrance/gate. 5 mins to a good supermarket. 15 mins to Porto Vecchio. Although the appartment can accommodate 6 it is best for 4. The smaller bedroom is only for kids and not at all as appealing as the rest. Although it is a ground floor apartment in a larger construction/villa it is nicely isolated/private and we did not hear any noise.

Agréable ,spacieux , confortable , très belle vue sur la baie de Porto Vecchio . Tous les jours randos , GR de mer ou GR de montagne à quelques kilomètres . Nombreux magasins ou boutiques ou supermarché à Porto Vecchio . Nuits calmes et journées sportives . Envie d'y revenir .

Appartement avec vue incroyable, au calme mais près de tout

Il serait redondant de répéter les remarques positives des précédents vacanciers. Tout est parfaitement exact. Concernant les remarques "négatives" qu'il pouvait y avoir, rassurez-vous : à présent la piscine est chauffée, la ligne électrique ( et non la haute tension) est derrière la maison et ne gêne en rien la magnifique vue (et après tout si on ne veut pas pédaler pour avoir du courant il faut bien quelques pylônes) C'est effectivement un appartement mais c'est disposé de telle façon qu'on ne se rend pas compte qu'il y une maison au dessus. En conclusion cette propriété est luxueuse et le rapport qualité /prix imbattable ne cachant aucune mauvaise surprise. Merci à Michel qui assure la conciergerie ( efficace, disponible et ne manquant pas d'humour), aux dames qui assurent le ménage ( dont l’œil de lynx a de suite repéré quelques babioles que nous allions oublier) et à la propriétaire qui est vraiment charmante et réactive.

Stunning apartment in a spectacular setting

This is without doubt a special place to stay in. The photographs on the website certainly do it justice and the reality is if anything even better. The apartment is set on a hillside just north of Porto Vecchio with spectacular views towards the coast. Its interior design, fixtures and fittings are modern, chic and elegant with tasteful and practical furnishings. It caters for six in three ensuite bedrooms. The charming owner was readily available by text, email and phone and had provided all that we needed for our week long stay. We received a delicious hamper of Corsican produce on our arrival and Michel the local contact provided the key and useful advice about the neighbourhood. We had glorious late September weather so swimming off the fantastic beaches on the south Corsican coast was easy and if strenuous mountain walks are for you, there are endless opportunities. Porto Vecchio is close by for all your shopping needs but Bonifacio is a must to visit - historically significant and unique on its high cliffs. Only one negative which others have alluded to - the beautiful pool was cold. A real shame when everything else was spot on.

Survoler le golfe de Porto-Vecchio...

C'est simple : c'est sublime. La description et les photos sont extrêmement fidèles au lieu. Ou plutôt non : on ne se rend pas compte, derrière l'écran, du réel soin, du choix des matériaux et de l'ameublement. Cela fleure bon le luxe. Tout est pensé (TV écran plat dont les connectiques sont intégrés au mur), réfléchi (la site avec dressing), bien choisi (table basse et sculpture bien choisis). L'appartement dans son aménagement a été extrêmement bien pensé, et on oublierait presque la vocation première de ce lieu (un sous-sol), ou encore la simple exposition, très bien compensée par les larges baies vitrées. A tel point que pour trouver une note négative, nous qui sommes habituellement très exigeant (en regard du tarif, bien sur), nous avons été obligé d'aller pointer la poubelle en plastoc. Bref, allez-y les yeux fermés !

A lovely property with a fantastic view which is the main selling point.

We had a brilliant holiday and found the apartment very comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. The tasteful décoration and art made it all very pleasant surroundings. The pool was used every day but with wetsuits, maybe some Solar panels heating the pool would be a good investment! The Owners and family were all very helpful when we needed some assistance, so a big thank you to you all. We will certainly be back for some more of your lovely apartment and the view.
