Treyarnon Suite
We have stayed in this property a number of times mainly driven by the excellent location which absolutely ticks every box for us as we have a dog and love the sea
This is a fantastic location for family holidaying. The apartment comfortably accomodates four and has a well appointed kitchen. The balcony is a nice touch and the views of the bay magnificent. Having two bathrooms and a washing machine was especially useful.
Overall, we were a little disappointed. The apartment fell short of its 'luxury' billing and price on a number of levels. I'd guess they were built around 20 years ago and would have been, at the time, a huge upgrade on the static caravans nearby. Advances in caravan design and a lack of maintenance of the apartments makes the gap much less apparent to this family. The apartment looked tired and in need of repair. Damage and wear and tear have not been made good and we found many things damaged or broken which you would repair were it in your home. The facilities are far larger than a caravan, but the lack of outdoor space for children to safely play was another issue. The only green space nearby is the bay car park. When we've stayed in caravans at the bay, the children can play outside the door and make friends.
However, the location is premium. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the bay was a joy as the sun set. Easy access to the beach and clifftop walks is fabulous. The bay itself is stunning. Will we go again? Definitely. Would we choose this accomodation, probably not.

Very clean but tired
Several issues need addressing in this property, repairs and replacements required. Spotlessly clean, however, we were disappointed that the apartment was very tired and worn.

The Treyarnon Suite is situated in the perfect location ,within steps of Treyarnon bay and a short walk to Constantine bay. It's well kept and spotlessly clean with ,comfortable beds. The living room space as in the setee is a bit small if 4 people are staying but perfect apart from that. Very nice indeed.

Treyarnon Suite
This beautiful appointed apartment is situated in the bay of Treyarnon. It has stunning views to wake up to or sit on the balcony and take in the views and smells of the sea. We were greeted with a welcome pack to start our holiday without rushing to the shops. (ie milk scones jam clotted cream biscuits dishwasher tabs washing up liquid loo rolls basic essential etc) The apartment was spotlessly clean, but will soon need a lick of paint. The bedrooms one double en-suite and one twin, beautiful bed linen and towels. We as family throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again 10/10

A wonderful location in a slightly disappointing property
We had a lovely holiday in a great location. The property was very clean but basic and the terrace was poorly equipped and in serious need of maintenance. The outside furniture was rusty and unusable. One half dead plant and a weedy patio. Great views so needs to be fit for purpose!!
The sofa is the most uncomfortable sofa I have ever sat on. The appliances seem old and the washer/dryer sounded like a plane taking off, very worrying. Serious lack of storage and cheap basic fittings and fixtures. The towels were too small - bath sheets please!! The bathrooms were lovely but not so much as a toothbrush holder! With a little time and money could be a lovely apartment.

Liked: Location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
Location is perfect … but thats about all i could say
The most frustrating and unrelaxing stay. No access code shated - waited two hours till someone finally called me back. Boilwr broken, so not hot water for Three days. food debris under the sofa cusions! Fridge door didnt shut properly and patio desperately needing a deep clean!
Ideal apartment for 2 adults or small family as seating limited, 4 adults would struggle, perfect position for the beach and the views are amazing from the lounge ,balcony and upstairs front bedroom. Very well equipped although the kettle needs replacing ( very loud whistling noise when on) and a nice touch with the welcome basket. It would be helpful to have information in the booklet about how to set the heating and towel rails on ( for the colder days). Would not hesitate to book again as very pleased overall.
Fantastic position with sea views close to the beach with its own private parking so no need to drive to the sea! Wonderful walks to some of the most beautiful and unspoilt beaches in Cornwall
A very clean smart apartment which was well equipped and finished to a high standard
