You are steps away from the beautiful waters of the Atlantic Ocean, paradise views and two heated pools. Located on Hutchinson Island in Stuart, Florida, this beach sanctuary is only a short drive to shopping, world-class restaurants and nightlife. Whether you’re working or traveling to the area, I am confident you’ll find the peace and relaxation only a picturesque Florida vacation home can provide.
Making a reservation is based on a first come, first served basis. Please review the entire description before requesting a reservation.
This condo is a two bedroom unit approximately 1,200 square feet. You will have complete access to the entire unit, which has relaxing and quiet water views of the pool and river side areas. You will enjoy sitting out on the screened in patio area with your coffee while you soak up the Florida lifestyle in the mornings.
The large master bedroom has a sizable vanity area and bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is plenty of closet space and a full-size dresser available for your use.
The second bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed and serves as a great space for guests or kids. There is a large closet and plenty of space to put your belongings. The second bedroom is adjacent to a second full size bathroom with a stand up shower.
Both bedrooms have room darkening shades for those days when you want to sleep in.
All the comforts of home have their place here. Everything from a fully stocked kitchen to a full size washer and dryer and all the important amenities of home are all available for your stay including a smart TV with complimentary Netflix, HBO and Showtime. All you need to do is show up and relax!
Guests have complete access to all areas of the property, except the docks. There is a heated pool centrally located on the property and another heated pool on the ocean side of the property that you have full access to.
There is a private beach available for your use as well. The beach is a quick five minute walk across the street. There is a lighted crosswalk available to conveniently stop any oncoming traffic while crossing the street. Although, traffic on the road is pretty low, even during the high season.
Upon booking, there is an application required by the condo association along with a separate lease that will need to be completed. Travelers will also need to provide a copy of their driver's license or passport and a copy of their vehicle's registration if it is not a rental car.
While we love our furry friends, according to the rules set by the homeowner's association, those who are renting are not allowed to have pets on the premises. However, reasonable exceptions can be made for emotional support and service animals including special registration with the HOA along with a pet deposit. Please inquire for more information at time of booking.
IMPORTANT CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Currently, one of the two pools is closed for remodeling. As of this writing (2/10/2025), construction on the pool is expected to completed at the end of May 2025.
As a guest, you may see construction workers throughout the property, work trucks, construction dumpsters and lifts. You may also hear construction related noise including saws and cement cutters if you go outside. However, from inside the condo, the noise is barely audible.
As a result of this inconvenience, heavily discounted rates are currently posted. I am unable to offer additional discounts beyond what is already posted. Once the pool construction is complete, the rates are going to increase.
