Our little house, perfect for couples, is situated in a quiet part of Rovinjsko Selo, a village with shops and restaurant vlose to Rovinj. A supermarket is on walking distance to the house as well as excellent coffee bar for your morning espresso. A private parking is in front of the house. The terrace with a pool, enclosed with a wall, is perfect size for a couple. A bbq, a table chairs and 2 sun loungers are here as well. The house is on 2 levels, connected with interior stairs. On the ground floor we have a kitchen with sitting corner, fireplace and sat TV, dining table, range of cupboards and all equipment you might need to prepare your meals. For your convenience, on the ground floor is also a little toilette and washing machine. A staircase from the ground floor leads to the open plan double bedroom with a balcony and ensuite bathroom. We also have a table with computer here, connected to free WIFI. We live nearby and are at your disposal in case you need any help or information, otherwise the privacy of our guests is our priority. We find the house very comfortable, ideal for a couple, we tried to furnish and decorate it with great care, and to provide all the equipment our guests might need to make their stays as comfortable as possible. We hope you find a holiday spent at our place very pleasant and memorable :)

Super dejlig gårdhave og lille skøn pool. Alt er som på billederne, og dejligt med indkøb og en lille bar i nærheden.samt den lille gode lokale restaurant. Personligt manglede vi en mulighed for en liggestol hvor man kunne ligge på maven. Men det er en lille ting. Internet er en mangelvare, nærmest umuligt udenfor huset og bedst på 1 sal. Vil sige alt i alt. 9 ud af 10.

Entspannter Urlaub ⛱️
Zum inserierten Haus selber können wir nichts sagen, da wir vom wirklich sehr freundlichen Vermieter in sein zweites, sehr viel größeres Haus umgebucht wurden. Das war für unseren Hund perfekt, so hatte er Platz und konnte den Garten nutzen. Das Haus liegt in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zum anderen und so kann wenigstens zur Umgebung was sagen. Nur ein paar hundert Meter entfernt gibt es ein hervorragendes Restaurant, unbedingt probieren! Eine Bar ist um die Ecke. Ansonsten ist es ein eher ruhiger Ort. Man ist schnell unten in Rovinj und bei den größeren Supermärkten. Wir fanden es ideal! Unser Haus war tiptop sauber, sehr gut ausgesagt und mit Pool. Jedes der drei SZ hat ein Bad ensuite und es gab noch eine extra Toilette. Von der Terrasse konnten wir sogar die Sonnenuntergänge sehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!! Vielen Dank für alles 🙏🙏🙏

Perfect house for a couple
Thank for Ervin, for renting us your lovely house. Everything was just perfect. Both indoor and outdoor area lived fully up to our expectations. Everything was clean and in great condition. Only two minor drawbacks - pool could be warmer and internet could be better. But these small things did not erase our 5 Star experience. Our best recommendations to this property

Wir haben uns sofort in das kleine Häuschen 'verliebt. Für 2 Personen einfach perfekt. Es ist alles da ,was man braucht....und sogar noch mehr. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool genau richtig. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig. Im Ort gibt es einen Supermarkt und ein leckeres Restaurant. Rovinji (wunderschönes Städtchen) ist mit dem Auto und auch Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Wir können das Haus bestens empfehlen. Waren tolle 10 Tage

Kleines Haus mit Pool.
Das kleine Häuschen ist für 2 Personen ideal . Alles da was man braucht, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Den Pool haben wir jeden Tag genutzt, ist eine willkommene Abkühlung wenn man von seinen Unternehmungen zurück kommt. Ervin hat uns in Empfang genommen, er steht einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite wenn man es möchte. Jederzeit wieder. LG Ulli & Diana

Das Haus ist klein , aber wenn man sich eingelebt und sich sortiert hat ist es eine schöne Unterkunft. Das Wasser im Pool war schon sehr kalt, aber die Lage und der Ausblick vom Haus war mediterran und erholsam. Unglaubliche Ruhe erfährt man dort. Matratzen waren uns persönlich viel zu weich, aber das ist ja Geschmacksache.

Check inn war eigentlich problemlos. Man sollte sich wirklich die Empfehlung, wie man die Unterkunft erreicht, durchlesen. Ich habe die Adresse nur bei googlemaps eingegeben.... der findet den Weg schon...und kam in der Parralelstraße raus, wenden dort schwierig. Das Haus war super für 2 Personen. Küche hatte alles, was wir benötigten. Ervin und Familie waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und diskret.

Ein ganz toller, erholsamer Urlaub
Wir haben uns wirklich sehr erholt! Die Unterkunft war wirklich schön und Ervin, der sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter war immer direkt ansprechbar. Er wohnt nämlich nebenan. Wir sind als Paar mit Hund verreist und haben eine ruhige Umgebung gesucht und auch gefunden! Wir können diese Unterkunft bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen, alles was wir benötigen war im Haus vorhanden, wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit! Uli, Annett und Sam

Immer wieder gern!
Wir waren jetzt bereits zum 2. Mal mit unserem Hund in diesem tollen Haus. Es ist sehr modern eingerichtet & die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Urlaub braucht. Der Pool ist eine tolle Abkühlung. Die Kommunikation mit Ervin ist problemlos, da er gut deutsch spricht. Sollte man ein Problem haben, steht er jederzeit zur Verfügung, da die beiden direkt nebenan wohnen. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Schönes Domizil in schnuckeligem kleinen Haus
Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts (genügend Handtücher, Bettwäsche zum Wechseln, Besteck usw.) Der Pool wurde von Ervin, der uns bei unserer Ankunft freundlich in Empfang nahm, regelmäßig während unserer Abwesenheit gereinigt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Im nahegelegenen Supermarkt bekommt man alles, was man für den kleinen Einkauf benötigt. Diese Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen.

Grossartig! Wir kommen wieder!
Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit toller Ausstattung, ganz viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Am besten war der Pool. Wer wirklich Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist da gut aufgehoben. Perfekt für zwei. Rovinjsko Selo liegt 6km von Rovinj entfernt. Man hört nur die Vögel und Ervin und Suzana sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend als Vermieter. Auch für das Auto gibt es einen guten Platz. Wir kommen wieder!

We stayed for a week in Rovinjsko Selo with our dog and we felt very comfortable. The house has everything you need for a pleasant stay and beyond. The pool was used daily by us. The house is quiet yet central to explore Istria. Ervin is very friendly and helpful and was always approachable for us. We recommend the house in any case and we are sure that we will come back.

Wunderbar!
Wir haben mit unserem Hund eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. Das Haus ist super schön & modern & es fehlt an fast nichts. Der Pool ist perfekt für eine Abkühlung. In der Stadt gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. Etwa 10min mit dem Auto ist die süße Stadt Rovinj. Wir waren so gern dort! Ervin empfängt einen am Haus & er war wirklich sehr nett. Er könnte auch deutsch, was für uns natürlich perfekt war. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal! Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt.

A wonderfully comfortable house
This house is just the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday in this part of Croatia. It is cosy, comfortable and well-equiped. We wanted for nothing during the week we stayed and just loved having the pool to enjoy at the end of a long day in the sun. The village itself is small (a shop and a couple of bars) but Rovinj is just down the road and a great place for restaurants and bars. As a mature couple, this house was just perfect and we loved every minute of our stay. Finally, Ervin who lives next door and looked after us during our stay was fantastic. I cannot recommend this villa enough to two people looking for a relaxing break in a wonderful country.

Lovely villa!
We have stayed in many apartments all over Europe and we would be hard-pressed to find an affordable property that has most of the bells and whistles American travelers expect when traveling abroad. This property scored 99.9%! The location is quiet (a must for us) and convenient. Heat and AC which we did not need. Pool was lovely to sit by and we used the gas grill for 2 meals. It was SO nice to have the 1/2 bath on the ground floor along with the washer. Temps were perfect for the solar dryer! There is no microwave or toaster (imagine) so we used the convection oven for warming and the broiler for toasting (worked just fine). A good sized frig and freezer were appreciated. Suzi was a dream to work with and quick to reply to emails. 10 thumbs up!

Perfect in every way!
Just got home from another stay in Apartment Ester, in the beautiful Croatian area of Istria. This is the second year in a row that we have stayed in the one bedroom house and we will be booking yet again for next year as it offers everything that we love in a holiday. The location is great; the village of Rivinjsko Selo has everything that you need - a bakery, bars, little supermarket and a decent restaurant. It's just a few km away from Rovinj, which is beautiful. I am a keen cyclist so Apartment Ester is well placed for exploring the local areas, such as the Limski Kanal, by bike. The little house is just perfect with a great pool for cooling off and a nice, private decking area for relaxing and eating. The attention to detail in the property is meticulous and everything has been very well thought out. There is a washing machine, dish washer, wifi, gas BBQ, lots of fluffy white towels and even a computer, if you didn't want to bring your own laptop. Ervine is extremely helpful, friendly and always on hand if you need anything. We have stayed in many countries, in many holiday properties across Europe but this is, by far, our absolute favourite! Thank you to Ervine and his family for another wonderful holiday in Croatia. We can't wait to go back!

Great stay in Rovinj
We booked this beautiful villa for a week stay. Suzanna was extremely helpful with the reservation and Ervin provided access late on a Saturday night, along with a few essential purchases, as the shops were closed by the time we arrived. The property is well stocked with everything you would need for a great stay including sun loungers, towels and a barbecue. Situated 5 mins drive from beautiful Rovinj, in a small village with 2 supermarkets and a couple of cafes. We relied on taxis for the evenings out into town which were reasonably priced at around 120HRK each way. We thoroughly recommend the villa. It was very clean, modern and great value for money. The pool was a super asset especially as the weather was scorching at over 34 degrees during our visit. Thanks for your hospitality and we hope to visit again !
