Studio cabin with balcony, beautiful view of the pool located in a quiet area of l'Aiguillon, 500 m from the first beach, 300 m from shops.
Renovated in January 2020, we will have available:
- a sofa bed in the main room which can accommodate 2 adults
- a bunk bed for 2 children or teenagers in withdrawal
- 2 folding tables (inside and outside)
- Refrigerator, hob, kettle, Senseo mixed coffee maker, toaster, microwave.
- Adjustable flat screen TV
- hair dryer available
- vacuum
We offer you as an option:
- cleaning at end of stay: € 30
- the linen kit (sheets, towels and tea towels): € 30 for 2 people for 1 week (50% discount for 2 children)
If necessary, we provide a high chair and 1 travel cot for free.
You will enjoy a private and secure parking space in the residence.
The residence has 2 elevators and a secure entrance with badge.
Come and spend a holiday in peace thanks to the privileged location of our studio; beach, shops, bike path, quiet.
