Fast speed internet with Wi-Fi, upgraded cable with HBO, Netflix, Bluray DVD player, Amazon fire stick, Electric fireplace heater in living room. Bluetooth speaker one can sync phone to play your music. This house is freshly painted, new windows, Upgraded covered patio, large enclosed fenced backyard on a private cul-de-sac.
Close to a beautiful park where the Tualatin & Willamette river meet with boat docks, barbecues areas, sandy beach, children's splash pad area playground equipment festivals etc. close to freeways. 16 Minutes from downtown Portland. Great for shopping delicious restaurants malls. Only 30 minutes from the capital Salem. Fire, Police station are within blocks with local hospitals and pharmacies near by. Pubs, restaurants and coffee shops walking distance. Safe private neighborhood.
