A modern villa just 150 mt from a beautiful sandy beach, small but comfortable in a romantic, quiet location. The villages a 100 sq. mt terrace overlooking the sea and comprises 2 bedrooms with a double bed (one with private bathroom) and 2 bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a living room with dining table and open kitchen and a small salotto with 2 sofas overlooking the sea. your privacy is protected by a big garden surrounding the house. park space for 4 cars.

Why they chose this property

Villa Lumar is situated in a private and quiet setting, where you can divide the leisure time between lounging around or at the beach. The beach is sandy and wonderful. Kids can enjoy it freely as the sea water is shallow for at least 80 meters from the shore. To top it all up, the sea water is crystal clear and sunsets are just breathtaking!
