Cozy front porch and great outdoor seating areas in the backyard. 2 off-street parking spaces in back, and on-street parking available with permit. Relax in the comfy living room with multiple seating areas, TV, and vintage HiFi with LP records. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking.

Recently built separate studio casita has tons of charm and character, and offers a full kitchen, eating bar, sitting/living area, queen size bed, and 3/4 bathroom with washer/dryer. The casita has its own separate entrance and private patio.

July in NM was amazing

This place is great for a family of 4+ Short walk to the plaza. Great food trucks and a local market 1 block away. We had a blast at Meow wolf, some of us went twice! Electric Playhouse in ABQ, Hotel Luna Mystica in Taos. The Grand Dame was a perfect home base away from home. It had enough space for us all to spread out + an office. I was able to take time off and balance work life flexibly!

Built in 1911, this fully adobe home is thought to be the oldest house on Santa Fe Ave. This home has modern amenities while retaining it's original Santa Fe charm. The location is unbeatable, offering a quick walk into downtown. Right around the corner is a small shopping plaza with Kaune's Grocery, a coffee shop, Nambe Drugs drugstore, and Southwest Cannabis dispensary. Across the street, Santa Fe's first food truck pavillion offers 5-7 food trucks daily except Sundays. Enjoy bar-b-q, Thai, coffee and doughnuts, tacos and green chile.

What makes this property unique

Both house and casita have record players with a selection of LP records to enjoy. Main house has a early 1900s Victrola player which plays 78s, and a full library of 78 records are available to play. Please take care- some of these records are nearly 100 years old!
