It is an old house full of charm, located in the countryside in a green setting, which is lived, discovered and searched. She invites you to immerse yourself in a cocooning atmosphere, a little magic. You will be able to find the fairy treasure there, for a guaranteed enchanting atmosphere!
You will also find a lot of games and toys, a table football, DVDs, books, karaoke, a keyboard, a PS4, a Wii U, 3 TVs… and the world of children that makes the place unique: it's a little house in the house!

Directly accessible from exit 18 (Joigny) of the A6 motorway and surrounded by superb hilly, partially wooded landscapes.

Note: this is an old house with different levels and therefore steps.

Detailed description of the house and the garden:
On the ground floor :
- Entrance into the living room with table football, sofa, TV, board game safe (there are many!), armchair with massage cushion, CD player / Bluetooth speaker.
- Dining Area.
- Semi open fitted and equipped kitchen.
- Back kitchen with washing machine and side table.
- 'The fairy room' with 1 double bed (140).
- 'La chambre du savant' with 1 double bed (140) and desk filled with notebooks, felt-tip pens, stamps, coloring and activity books, magic accessories, etc ...
- A bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet (presence of 2 steps to access it).

Upstairs :
- 'The relaxation room' with a double basket bed (140) and a single bed (90). A fireside chair that can accommodate a child is also available.
- A bathroom with spa bath and toilet.
- The world of children which contains a trundle bed (2 x 90).
- A play corner and a reading corner.
- Large chaise longue convertible into a single bed.
- A TV with DVD / blu rays, microphone and amp for karaoke (with DVD), PS4 (games and controllers provided on request), light ball, digital piano and other small musical instruments.
- 'The perched room' with double bed (140 mattress on slatted base) and its own TV with access to Netflix, which is located on the mezzanine, accessible by a spiral staircase.
- 1 single bed, also on the mezzanine, for sleeping in the clouds, accessible by the spiral staircase.
- A wooden walkway connects the 2 mezzanines.

Enclosed garden of 1000 m², entirely dedicated to travelers, with hammock, play area, football goal, croquet game, speedball, 'buttocks', tent, ping pong table (in summer).
Around the terrace, aromatic herbs are available for picking, for barbecue or ready meals: rosemary, chives, sage, bay leaf, thyme, fennel.
