Très bien situé mais

Dépendant la période, cela peut varier. Au départ nous avons eu des voisins calmes et après avec des voisins moins calmes qu'on entendait à cause de la mauvaise isolation (Une porte communiquante est située entre les deux appartements). Nous avons constaté un léger manque de propreté. En effet le radiateur était très sale (sur les boutons) et les coussins étaient encore humides.
