Some thing was bad

We have a our own place in Port Soller. And had rented the appartement for family. We complainted for bad smell in one off the bathrooms. No reaction !! Broken pipes, what ever - really bad. The fence on the balcony is almost rustet over. Crazy stuff. Why do you let the owner get away with that ? Port Soller is always super and you may live with things like that. The family stayed at our place most of the time. Our suggest: Give the owner a Big warning

Family wedding

We (8 adults aged between 18 - 74) stayed in the apartment for 8 nights. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and the apartment was spacious and had a lovely balcony with wonderful views. The famous trolley stopped virtually outside the door. The only problem encountered was a terrible smell from the shower in the main en-suite bathroom.

- spacious appartment - nice view from balcony / partly closed sunroom - a bit simple kitchen but it suffices - nice pool (bit salty water) - great location near boulevard - matresses not good, but rooms are spacious enough and all have shutters and curtains if you like it dark - airco in every bedroom Note: - we were able to stay as long as we wanted on day of departure. Great ! - elevator was in repair during our dtay. Not so great - we could not find the washing machine

A good holiday in a great location

My family had a good holiday in this apartment, which was broadly as described. Positives: Good location, spacious, good views, comfortable, excellent shower, good swimming pool, wi-fi works well. Negatives: The apartment in general, and the kitchen in particular, could do with some refurbishment. Some of the electrical equipment requires maintenance or upgrade. For example, the main television in the sitting room had a tendency to switch itself off, and then back on again a few minutes later without warning. We didn't need to use some of the items (aircon, oven, bicycles) so I can't comment on these. A welcome pack with instructions on the use of the equipment, recommendations, etc, would have been appreciated. Added entertainment: A beautiful pair of lovebirds and their chick nesting on the window ledge! Nearby restaurants: Excellent tapas at El Sabor, a short walk from the apartment. We also enjoyed our meal at Ses Oliveres, on the seafront.

Bellavista - Port de Soller

Vi har været i lejligheden 4 gange og den begynder og trænge til renovering. Afløb fra aircont er stoppet så vandet ligger på teresse. Lys i soveværelser er dårligt. Kontakter og stik i forbindelse med el sidder løst eller mangler finish. Kloarker i badeværelser lugter ikke rart. Køkken trænger til renovering. Rigtig lægger teresse ud mod bjergene.
