On the ground floor of a secure residence with bicycle storage, tennis courts and swimming pool (Opening July-August under Covid sanitary conditions), T2 apartment for 4 people in excellent condition.

Entrance with storage, lounge area (with flat screen TV and convertible sofa), dining room with table for 6 people, equipped kitchen area (top fridge, electric hob, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, ...), bedroom with 140 bed opening onto balcony, bathroom with washing machine, wc.

Optional Service: With supplement, Household Linen and Cleaning Package possible.

Rencontre avec le propriètaire......
et je lui ai suggéré d'ajouter un fauteuil dans la partie salon, de penser à changer le matelas du lit (trop dur!!!)....et éventuellement de supprimer la baignoire et remplacer par une douche. VOILA.....quelques aménagements qui offrir plus de confort.
