Our unit is in a small cluster of condos - not a crowded high rise and located directly on one of Florida's greatest beaches and is one of America's classic beach towns.

We are close to 3 different airports...Orlando International Airport, Orlando Sanford International Airport, and Daytona Beach International Airport.

Many people drive from all around the country to get to this special beach, and this unit is not your average Florida beachfront condominium either. Our complex has only 32 units, and makes for a quaint and quiet vacation destination for your family. The buildings start just 20 feet from the sand and seawall, making this one of the closest condominiums to the Atlantic Ocean in all of New Smyrna Beach! Enjoy your days lounging by the pool, walking, bicycling (bring your own or rent), surfing, jogging, digging in the sand, collecting shells, playing games down on the beach or go for a fun swim in the ocean!

It's a great place to stay. Working with Rhonda was great and the manager Sam was very helpful with any needs. The pool was right as you walked out the patio with the ocean just a few steps away. The place was very clean and had all required essentials. We will definitely be back. .

FAMILY VACATION 2024

It was a very nice condo, the perfect size for us and we loved that it was on the ground floor. You could walk right out of the condo to the pool and the beach. The condo had everything you would need and lots of beach toys for the kids. It was a wonderful stay and we would definitely go again!

NSB Gem!

Immediate access to pool and beach from this first floor treasure! Worth every penny we saved to make this vacation happen. No cars on this portion of beach. Beds are comfy, kitchen well equipped! A wonderful spot.

Great view and great location in NSB

The condo was perfect for our family of five. The ocean and pool are steps away from the condo, and the view allowed us to enjoy our meals while watching the waves roll in. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay in NSB. The beds were super comfy, and having a washer and dryer in unit was a definite plus. Check in was very easy, and Rhonda was great at communicating with us. We also loved the location of the condo as it on the non-driving portion of the beach. It was close to everything we wanted to do, yet it was far enough down Atlantic to feel that we were a little more secluded. We would definitely come back.

Not clean

Location is good, ground floor unit on the non driving part of NSB but overall cleanliness and condition of the unit was poor. The refrigerator is falling apart, there was a huge cockroach in the tub while our kids were taking a bath! Unit smelled musky when entering. The sheets and pillows were stained and old. I would not stay here again unfortunately.

New Experience

Walk out the sliding door and you're at the pool. Down the stairs at the end of the pool and you're in the ocean. Short drive to Historic Flagler Street and all the shops and electric bicycle rental for riding up and down the beach. Lots of nice restaurants.

Very Nice Place

This condo was very nice. It was well maintained. I liked being on the first floor. You can walk out to the lawn, beach or pool. No stairs or elevator. So it was a nice condo in a nice location in the well taken care of facility. The pool was clean and heated and never crowded. We enjoyed it very much. The owner was communicative and friendly. Amazing 😍

I travel alone quite often. This mini get away included my 81 yr old Uncle and my 5 year old grandson. I would have never rented something like this without them. It was perfect! I had my grandson in the pool while watching my uncle through the patio window, snuggled up watching television. Beautifully decorated, equipped with everything you could possibly need and then some. Plenty of towels, linens, toys, beach umbrellas and chairs. So nice to sit on the couch and see and hear the ocean. Washer and dryer in unit. So clean! 10 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We recently purchased this property for our young family to be able to enjoy year after year, and we are excited to be able to share this beautiful unit with you, too. Our boys spend hours playing in the sand and the beach is perfect for my husband’s morning jog. And, we all enjoy the large heated pool! Our family likes to walk a mile to the kids' playground to the north as well.

Why they chose this property

We love how handy the unit is to the pool and beach. Traveling, we often bring Grandma and Grandpa, and what they love best is just sitting and gazing out the window at the ocean view. Our family likes to ride bikes and about a block down the road is an easy access to ride your bike right onto the beach.

What makes this property unique

We are so blessed to find this gem of a property with a small community feel that is quiet and laid back - exactly like our personalities. The people here are very friendly and everything is close by. You will never run out of things to do. It’s the perfect fit for our family, and we know you will be very happy here as well.
