Great Location!

Great experience at this location. We were in town for an event at Rupp Arena. Easy parking at the property. Easy walk to Rupp and downtown to restaurants. Would highly recommend.

A great spot in Lexington

Had originally booked this stay for a concert in Rupp Arena, but it was cancelled. We still used the stay for a great night get-away in Lexington. Location was amazing, easy to get to so much in the area! 100% would recommend this to anyone, especially if you're going to a concert at Rupp, it's all so close!

Amazing lodging and location!

A beautiful old home renovated to accommodate couples and families. Large, spacious and airy rooms and a huge kitchen with island to entertain. Greenery and flowers in front and in rear garden to enjoy. Perfect location with easy proximity to Rupp and downtown Lexington locales. Hosts were very accommodating and pleasant. Next to Freeway!

The house is neat and kitchen well equipped. We rented this house for the pool area. We needed a place to cool off and relax after long days at work … that was the plan. But being outside was not at all relaxing or comfortable as the property lies next to a very busy 24/7 freeway. Super loud continuous noise… Inside is quiet. So if noise bothers you and you want to use the outside areas this will not make you happy…

Haviland and I bought this house in 2016 after renting the main apartment for a few years. It wasn't for sale, but we loved it and kept pestering the former owner until he finally agreed to sell it to us.

This particular apartment is incredibly unique. It's the perfect mixture of old vs new and is within walking distance to Rupp Arena, Alltech, and Downtown Lexington.
