This amazing six bedroom pet-friendly vacation home with a private 8'x17' private pool offers enough space to sleep eighteen guests and is just a short stroll from the beach. Located in the beautiful Miramar Beach area, this home is off the beaten path and offers plenty of shopping and dining options without being right in the middle of the busier portions of Destin.

When entering the home you will find the main living area that has a sofa that doubles as a Queen Sofa Sleeper and also has some chairs for additional seating of your guests. You will also find the open dining area that offers seating for eight of your guests and an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The eat-in kitchen counter offers additional seating and a great space for serving meals as well. The first floor also features a King Master Suite with a full bathroom and another guest bedroom that has a Queen bed and access to a full hallway bathroom. As you move up to the second floor you will find an additional living area with a Queen Sofa Sleeper, a flat screen TV, and a love seat as well as two chairs for your guests. The second floor also features another King Master Suite with a full bathroom, a guest bedroom with a Queen Size bed, and a bunk room that has two sets of twin bunk beds. Both the guest bedroom and bunk room have access to a full hallway bathroom. The third floor has another King Master Suite with access to a full bathroom as well.

First Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Full Bath, Queen Bedroom with Shared Full Bath.

Second Floor: Bonus Den with Queen Sleeper Sofa, King Bedroom with Full Bath, Queen Bedroom with Shared Full Bath, Bunk Room with Two Twin Bunks.

Third Floor: King Bedroom with Full Bath.

*Add $50.00 per day to heat pool (available Oct-April if needed)

Marvelous Miramar Beach Property

Perfect vacation home for our family. Accommodated the 14 (7 adults/7kids) of us with plenty of room to spare. Great location! Just a few feet away from the private beach. Would definitely recommend giving it a go!

Great beach getaway

We absolutely loved the house and the proximity to the beach. The pool was smaller than I expected, but in reality it was all that we needed. The online pictures make the property look much more open, when in fact the outdoor area is very small. The kitchen was not well stocked with basic necessities such as baking utensils etc. However it was a great place to stay and I would recommend to friends.

Beautiful house with lots of Amenities

It is a perfect vacation house. Had loads of fun at house and around snorkeling, playing at beach. Made lots of memories. House was clean, equipped with all the necessary items. It’s just steps away from the beach.

It was an awful experience

The adults under 25 were evicted before the adults over 25 got there. Same day, it was absolutely ridiculous. It was pure theft on there part.

Awesome Property

We loved this property. So close to the beach. I loved that we did not have to cross any busy roads to get to the beach. Parking was plenty for our 4 cars. House had everything we needed and then some. Plenty of room for 12 of us. Everything was clean and so nice. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Great place for a getaway

My family and I enjoyed the property which gave us just enough space. We initially thought the pool was too small but it was just right and the walk to the beach was not long at all. We would definitely book again!

Relaxing and enjoying stay

My guess the people before us did not report issues with the property but maintenance quickly took care of the issues. Very nice home close to the beach. I did not like the fact that when we rented the house in January it said it had 4 bikes but they removed them as a plus with the rental. That is why I gave them 4 stars because you should not change features after the fact.

Thanksgiving family vacation

Loved everything about the house except the grills and no outside seating by bar area or on any of the 3 patios. The sludge in the grills made them not usable. Even with that we would still stay here again.
