Sommerurlaub auf Korsika

Einwöchiger Aufenthalt im Juli. Sehr schöner Ausblick sowohl auf das Meer wie auch auf die Berge. Im Inneren ist das Haus sehr schön gestaltet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Außenanlage mit dem Pool sind funktionell, lassen aber im Gegensatz zum Haus ein wenig Ambiente vermissen.

Excellent séjour

Merci Pauline pour ton accueil et pour ce séjour dans ta maison. Prestations au top, belle décoration intérieure et de bon goût, vues magnifiques côté sud sur les montagnes et côté nord sur Isula Rossa, piscine à 29 degrés. Points négatifs....aucun. On reviendra avec un grand plaisir. Elisa et Manu. (bises à Nina et Thiphaine)

Maison agreable, bien située, mais...

Maison agreable en elle-même, bien équipée, jolie piscine, jolie vue, à 10 min. de l'île Rousse, clim agréable mais que dans les chambres. Hôte sympathique (à distance nous concernant). Toutefois, à noter un bémol pas anodin : les poubelles du quartier en contrebas de la piscine, (aux allures de dechetterie par moment). La vue depuis la chambre est tout de suite moins belle mais surtout, bien que celles ci soient ramassées quotidiennement (tard le soir), il y a parfois des odeurs et dès que l'on veut manger dehors, les guêpes sont de la partie. Nous avons mangé tous les soirs à l'intérieur. Enfin, nuisance sonore (bien que quartier calme au demeurant), lié à toutes les voitures qui s'arrêtent pour jeter le verre notamment jusque très tard le soir. Enfin, la petite montée finale commence à bien creuser... Bonne appréciation en général tout de même.

Pour un séjour inoubliable en Corse !

Super séjour dans cette maison décorée avec goût!!! Vue magnifique sur les montagnes: on ne s'en lasse pas ! Location très bien située pour explorer les villages perchés de Balagne et le bord de mer. Pauline est très à l'écoute de ses hôtes et prodigue de bons conseils. Location à recommander sans retenue pour apprécier les charmes de la Corse et de la Balagne.

The ultimate view

Thank you Pauline, for your labor of love. This house is tastefully decorated, extremely clean, comfortable and efficient. Being there in April, it was still a bit chilly, so Pauline kept the pool warm for us so we could enjoy it whilst gazing out at the mountains and watching the beautiful red kite birds circle and hunt. At night, so many stars!! We enjoyed being so close to nature, yet close to the beautiful old village of Santa-Reparata-di-Balagne. Do yourself a favor and aimlessly stroll around the oldest parts of that village as well as Occigliati. You are surrounded by beaucoup similar mountain villages to explore at soaring heights. Pauline made great recommendations for restaurants and local destinations. If we have the opportunity, we will return. One week was not enough time to take in all of the local beaches and destinations. So much to see, while still quiet and relaxing. It was perfect.

Modernes Haus mit allem was man braucht

Wir haben zu zweit zwei Wochen im Haus von Pauline verbracht und uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand von Santa Reparata, einem kleinen Ort 5 km oberhalb von Ile Rousse. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Der Blick von der Terrasse über den Stausee auf die Berge bzw. auf das Meer ist jeden Tag aufs Neue beeindruckend. Die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. An dieser Stelle nochmals vielen Dank für die schönen Tage auf Korsika.

Séjour de rêve

Nous avons adoré la maison de Pauline à 10mn de l’île rousse avec sa fabuleuse piscine face aux montagnes majestueuses. La décoration et les équipements sont parfaits et la réalité est encore plus belle que les photos de l annonce ! Pauline est très sympathique dès le premier contact, un grand merci à elle ! Nous reviendrons certainement dans ce paradis !

Modernes Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht in die Berge

Das Haus ist modern und liegt am Rand in einem sehr schönen Örtchen oberhalb von L'Ile Rousse. Es lohnt sich definitiv ein Spaziergang ins und durchs alte Zentrum. Der Pool mit Chlor ist schön. Ein Roboter steht zur Verfügung. Die Aussicht aus dem Pool auf der Berge ist fantastisch. Nach LIle Rousse und aufs Meer hat man nicht permanent einen Blick aber aus dem Obergeschoss und einer Ecke des Gartens ist es eine tolle Aussicht auch auf das Meer. Der Aussenbereich könnte ein bisschen mehr Grün vertragen. Er ist gepflegt aber es fehlt an natürlichem Schatten und kühlenden Pflanzen. Sicherlich ist das aber noch in Planung und wird mit der Zeit schöner. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Alles da was man braucht. Der Herd ist Induktion (falls man eigenes Kochgeschirr noch plant mitzunehmen). Ein Kugelgrill steht zur Verfügung - wir haben ihn aber nicht verwendet. Die Betten sind gemütlich. Das eine Doppelbett hat 140cm Breite, das andere 160cm. Ich denke, ein Elternpaar und 2 Kinder geht gut, Auf der Couch im Wohnzimmer kann schon auch jemand schlafen, aber insgesamt würden wir sagen, ist es für mehr als 3-4 Erwachsene ein bisschen eng. Die Lage ist toll. Wir haben jeden Tag Ausflüge gemacht, in alle Himmelsrichtungen. Viele Tips gab es auch aus Pauline ihrer Mappe. Pauline war sehr hilfsbereit und hat auf alle Fragen eine Antwort gehabt. Wir hatten tolle sieben Tage zu dritt.

Super vakantie huis

in April waren we bij Pauline te gast. Een fantastisch vakantie huis met verwarmd zwembad. Zelfs begin april konden we het zwembad al gebruiken. Mooi uitzicht vanuit het terras. Als ik weer in het noorden van Corsica wil verblijven, zal ik zeer zeker proberen dit huis weer te bemachtigen.

Beautiful and well equipped villa

We had a wonderful couple of weeks at this beautiful villa. As you can see from the photos, the decor is really stylish and it's well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The heated pool is great for family fun and has a jacuzzi bubbles at the shallow end to relax in. There are plenty of stunning white sandy beaches nearby and lots of cute mountain villages to visit. The pretty town of Ile Rousse is nearby and has a great market for fresh veg, cured meats and cheese as well as nice restaurants and shops. Calvi only 30 minutes away by car or there's a train to Calvi from ile Rousse. This villa is a lovely luxurious base for exploring all that Corsica has to offer. Thanks Pauline for your hospitality.

Sehr schönes Haus, perfekte Lage

Wir waren mit unserem 6-jährigen Sohn in Santa Reparata. Das Haus ist neu, super sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet einen traumhaften Blick in die Berge und seitlich aufs Meer und ile rousse. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt um die Gegend zu erkunden - wenn man dafür Zeit hat, denn es ist auch sehr verlockend einfach am 26 Grad warmen Pool zu bleiben und die Atmosphäre und Aussicht zu genießen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Kommunikation und Abwicklung mit Pauline war unkompliziert und sehr zuverlässig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Pauline, vielen Dank für traumhafte 2 Wochen im wunderschönen Korsika.

Location en tout point conforme à l'annonce avec un beau panorama et une super piscine

La location est bien équipée, bien agencée et bien décorée. La vue vers les montagnes est magnifique. La piscine est grande, chauffée (merci à Pauline et son Mari qui ont augmenté la température de la piscine pour atteindre largement les 25°C). Les propriétaires sont très disponibles . Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Une propriétaire discrète mais très accueillante dans sa maison conforme au descriptif ! La piscine très proche de la maison pour en profiter plus que jamais ! Les plus : Tres propre / clim à l'étage / wifi et câble / équipement pour piscine / barbecue.

Très belle maison décorée avec soin.Vue imprenable sur le barrage et l'Ïle Rousse.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Santa Reparata di Balagna.Calvi, l'Ile Rousse, le train des plages, Asco , le Delta du Fango à Galéria , la forêt de Bonifatu, les randonnées pédestres dans la Balagne ont été nos destinations favorites. Avec une température moyenne de 30°, la climatisation dans les chambres et la piscine furent très appréciées!
