Beautiful new villa 130 meters from the beach

Quiet, beautiful villa completely renovated in 2019 located 130 meters from the beach of Les Fauvettes, for 8 people including a large living room with American kitchen (42 m2), overlooking a wooden terrace (not visible in the photos because in progress ), 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
Perfectly equipped kitchen, new appliances.
Wifi, bluetooth speaker, plancha, garden furniture, outdoor shower, etc., etc.

Free parking in the street in front of the villa, but possibility of entering 2 cars in the driveway. Bus stop and cycle path in the immediate vicinity.

In July and August, villa rented for two weeks minimum.

Wonderful home in a perfect location!

We had an incredible stay at Virginie’s property. The house was spotless, well maintained and had all of the amenities that we needed. Very comfortable beds and a great outdoor space. The beach is only a short walk down a quiet street. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again!

Maison très confortable, literie extra, proximité de la plage inestimable. Bémols : proximité du boulevard donc beaucoup de bruit la nuit dans les chambres côté boulevard, pas de zone abritée à l'extérieur, réfrigérateur un peu petit pour 8 personnes. Excellent séjour quand même.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben das Haus für 2 Wochen gebucht. Das Haus lässt kleine Wünsche offen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt. Besonders die Nähe zum Strand ist super.

Séjour très relaxant dans une maison jolie et bien pensée à deux pas de l’océan

Nous étions 7 personnes (parents, grand-mère et 4 enfants). Nous avons passé un séjour très reposant. La maison a été refaite à neuf récemment avec une décoration très zen, propice à la détente et aux moments de partage en famille. Nous remercions vivement les propriétaires pour leur très sympathique accueil. Tout était parfait (malgré une météo un peu capricieuse) et nous serions très heureux de louer cette maison une prochaine fois!

Un séjour merveilleux

On a passé une semaine très reposante dans cette formidable maison de vacances. Un accueil chaleureux et de gentilles attentions de la part des propriétaires. La maison correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. Malgré la météo, on a passé la semaine les pieds dans l'eau. Beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir dans la région. On recommande fortement la maison.

Allez-y les yeux fermés !

Magnifique maison refaite à neuf très bien placée à 2 pas de la plage : décorée avec goût, facile à vivre, très bien équipée, cette maison est idéale pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Virginie et son mari sont 2 hôtes très accueillants qui redoublent d'attentions envers leurs locataires. Je la recommande absolument !
