An apartment in the heart of Rome, 500 meters from the Colosseum, in a fantastic setting, three large bedrooms with four-poster beds and extra mattresses size (2m by 2m) overlooking the temple of Isis, and two bathrooms with showers air dryer and towels for all guests, and a large kitchen with all mod cons: TV, coffee machine pans dishes glasses and all accessories, all newly renovated and with all the comforts to live a wonderful "Roman Holiday".

Wonderful apartment in perfect location for our family of 6!

Apartment was wonderful, clean and within very easy walking distance to Colosseum. Owner gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants nearby that were perfect for what we were looking for. My son left his necklace in the apartment when we checked out and the owner worked with me to locate it and shipped it back to us in the states. I would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone!

Great Location

The property was very clean and the property manager's accommodating and communicated/responded quickly. The property is in need of some updating but overall it's worth the price. It was great for 2 nights.

Delightful aerie!

The ages in our group ranged from 13 to 75, and the six flights of stairs were not an impediment to any of us in our enjoyment of this quirky and charming apartment. Herve's welcome was warm and informative; he was responsive to our queries during the time of our visit; and the facilities were more than adequate for our needs. For example, we enjoyed great water pressure and the “comforts of home”, such as le nice WiFi, ice, all the cooking necessities, comfortable areas to relax in the main living space, cleanliness, and the fresh fruit, croissants, and wine Herve left us. The only drawback was the lack of privacy for the third bedroom, which was open to full view at all times. The bed in that area was a foldout sofa, so the bars across it under the mattress needed extra padding to make it sleepable. In all other respects, however, the location couldn't have been more convenient for both walking and subway/train access. And the view from the upper terrace was just beautiful! Our stay in Paris was magical, thanks to Herve's sweet retreat.

Great apartment and host!

This is a terrific property! Our host, Pietro, was wonderfully helpful and welcoming. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with two full bathrooms (and good showers). There is not a large room for gathering, but we were out most of the time, especially as the location was close to the Coliseum, Forum, and many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Charmante Altbauwohnung in hervorragender Lage

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, sie liegt in einem Palazzo Baujahr 1800, die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Das Colosseum ist nur 500 m entfernt, quasi vor der Haustüre liegt eine Bushaltestelle mit guten Verbindungen. Für Sightseeing optimal.

Rome holiday

This property worked out very well for our trip to Rome with 2 other couples. Great location-apartment was clean and had everything we needed - only thing that could have been better is mattress’s-super firm and not very comfortable.

Great Central Location

This is s great property. Our family of 8 stayed her and were very comfortable. The property is very centrally located and close to the metro so it is easy to get everywhere. Pedro was great to show us where all the local dining places were so we were able to have a great meal. Would definitely recommend this place to any of our friends.

La ayuda de sus propietarios muy de agradecer, desde indicarnos los puntos de interés, facilitarnos la custodia del equipaje una vez abandonado el apartamento, hasta actuar como enlace para el servicio de recogida y traslado al aeropuerto. Great location..really hard to beat and Pietro was always available and helpful.

I would give it 5 stars but I'm a kitchen snob. This place is spot on for a more typical tourist who does not need or want an outfitted kitchen. The kitchen is adequate but not for a cook. The apartment is secure, clean, everything works well, and you're literally on top of the coliseum - forum scene, with nice bus access to other sights.

ROME You must stay here!

We loved the location of this apartment. The owner met us and gave us a great overview of where we were located. You are near the colosseum and great restaurants and places to sit and people watch. We will be back and we will stay here again! Thanks for making our stay so amazing!

Great location!

Located just down the street from the Colosseum. The host was very accommodating, we were able to leave our bags at the apartment until it was ready. Comfortable rooms and a lift so you don't have to lug your suitcase up the stairs.

Location is excellent

This apartment is a short walk to the Coliseum and Forum. The building is very impressive and very secure. The apartment itself needs some TLC. The kitchen is very small, couch is falling apart. There was dirty linen (presumably from the last guests ) stowed under one of the beds. A large bag of linen and several towels..mini fridge freezer Door is missing so it was ineffective. No towels provided to wash or dry dishes; so we had to use a hand towel. Spoke to management by phone about linen prob, they were very friendly, but the linen was not picked up for our whole stay. It is a very nice 3 bedroom accommodation, however it needs a good cleaning and some attention to detail. If you want a place to sleep, with an inefficient kitchen, and no real sitting area, it will be a good place for you.

Great Location

Great location close to everything. We spent two days in Rome and enjoyed our stay! The apartment was well stocked and one of the few places we stayed on our 11 day vacation that supplied us with coffee!

Perfect location to see the sites

Rien à redire , l'appartement est idéalement situé à proximité de toutes facilités, le Colisée est au bout de la rue , et le Travestere comme la Plazza Navonne sont facilement accessibles à pieds . Great location, beautiful apartment

This apartment has beautiful decor, and is completely airconditioned. The rooms are large, and the location is great--only four blocks or so from the coliseum and forum and much of the Roman antiquity area. Our host, Leonardo, couldn't have been more accommodating. He arranged taxis for us, even one at 5:30 in the morning for our early flight. The building is charming and the lift is quite unique. The only drawback is if you are planning to prepare your own food, the kitchen is inadequate. It occupies one wall of one of the bedrooms and is poorly equipped. Otherwise this is a super property and a good retreat from the noise and activity of Rome.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per le vacanze di Pasqua in 3 coppie e l'appartamento è molto adatto per tale numero di persone. Il palazzo e l'appartamento sono entrambe molto belli. La zona è perfetta, molto vicino al colosseo e alla fermata della metro Manzoni (5 minuti a piedi). Pietro e Leonardo sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Molto comoda la presenza di un bar sotto casa con ottime paste e personale molto gentile.

Excellent Apartment

Beautiful apartment downtown Rome

Well located, near Coliseum, very well decorated, friendly owners, very welcoming and available for help. Only problem was to regulate hot water for showers.
