Stone terraced house restored in 2015 and converted on 2 levels, in a shaded, flowery and closed overlooking the river Lot (fishing spot).
Located 200 m from the village and 6 km from the sailing of Caïx (canoes ...), the vineyards, 30 minutes from Cahors and Chateau de Bonaguil.
6 marked hiking trails from the lodging.
Ground floor: kitchen with windows overlooking the stone patio and built barbecue, living room with lounge and fireplace, separate toilet.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140 - 1 room with 2 beds in alcove 90-2 independent bathrooms with shower - separate toilet.
Equipment small children: baby bath, high chair, cot.
Ping pong.
Open all year round, heated in winter.
Weekly rates from 300 € to 600 € - Rates € 90 weekend. (Heating will be extra.)

Très bel endroit dans un superbe environnement
Le gîte est impeccable et il a beaucoup de cachet. L'accueil était très sympathique et les propriétaires ont répondu à toutes nos attentes. La situation est très bonne pour découvrir le Lot et ses nombreux trésors.

Séjour formidable. Nous avons passé une semaine au gîte avec nos 3 garçons, c’était parfait. La maison est splendide, bien équipée et bien située dans le village. Nous avons adoré la terrasse et le jardin avec vue sur le Lot et le bruit dépaysant de la cascade. À pied on trouve une charmante petite épicerie et une guinguette pleine de charme. Les enfants ont adoré la plage située sur l’autre rive. Les propriétaires sont charmants et à l’écoute.

Mi más sincero agradecimiento a Jeanne,. Ha sido una anfitriona excepcional. Atenta y accesible en todo momento cuando la hemos necesitado. La casa es una preciosidad. Muy acogedora y decorada sin excesos pero todo un carácter que me encantó. Perfectamente calefactada para los días de mucho frío . Hemos pasado unos días inolvidables junto a esa agradable chimenea. A pesar de que han sido seis días , me han sabido a poco. La zona es expectacular para una escapada de invierno.

Hyvin varustettu talo. Liikenteen äänet jonkin verran häiritseviä aamuisin. Hieno piha, jossa saattoi ruokailla hyvän grillin antimia. Mukava isäntäväki. Ympäristö aivan ihana. Joki, sen rannat ja kylä. Puutteena kylässä oli, ettei siellä ollut leipäkauppaa. Kulkuyhteydet niin autolla kuin jalan olivat erinomaiset. Tosi mukava paikka.

Fantastic Location & a wonderful house
The house was exactly as described, its in a lovely part of the Lot valley right next to the river. There is a beach on the river just opposite accessible via a nearby bridge. There are numerous small towns in the vicinity with lots to do and a market almost every day. The house is spacious and very well equipped and has a lovely outdoor seating area and private parking. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Very nice and cosy ‘gîte’: enough space, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. And although it was very hot outside , the inside temperature was pleasant. The owners are friendly and discrete. The garden is excellent, we always had our meals outside , and our dog also liked the garden! We loved our stay in Albas, we highly recommend this accommodation!

Très beau gîte. Confortable. Très agréable. Propriétaires sympas et très discret.
Séjour très agréable dans un gîte très complet. Un petit bémol pour la qualité médiocre des matelas des 2 grandes chambres. Toutefois à conseiller certainement.

1ere Découverte du Lot et Dordogne, de ses sites incontournables et des Vignobles de CAHORS.Cahors
Le logement est idéal pour accueillir 2 couples avec des enfants. Endroit très calme en bordure du lot très reposant. possibilité de garer 2 voitures dans l'enclos. Emplacement idéal pour rayonner sur l'ensemble des sites du lot (1 heure pour Rocamadour, Martel (son train et le Moulin à Huile de Noix de la Famille Castagné, un peu moins d'1 heure pour Saint Cirq Lapopie.). Possibilité de faire plusieurs randonnées au départ d'Albas. Nous avons apprécié le calme des lieux, l'accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires. Le village d'Albas est aussi agréable, propre, avec des efforts de réhabilitation des bâtiments et divers lieux. La création du magnifique jardin au pied de la mairie en est un exemple (A Voir). Possibilité de déguster les vins de Cahors au Château d'Eugenie, sortie d'Albas en direction de CAHORS. (Belle présentation de leur Vignobles et Vins). C'est certain on reviendra dans le Lot et sans doute à Albas.
