Confortevole e familiare

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 settimane, Gaia è simpaticissima e sempre disponibile a supportare i propri ospiti. Pur essendo una costruzione di villeggiatura abbiamo avuto modo di instaurare ottime chiacchierare con alcuni vicini. Il mare a 2 passi completa il quando delle comodità. Chicca: il garage a 5 min a piedi.

Comfortabel appartement

Prima appartement op gunstige locatie. Dicht bij de budello, de boulevard en het strand. Appartement is fris, heeft airco, nieuwe badkamer met fijne douche, keuken, wasmachine en balkon waar smiddags zon staat. Geen WiFi maar dat vonden wij niet erg. Zelf meenemen van handdoeken en beddengoed is vooraf bekend, maar wel wat onhandig (zeker als je met vliegtuig zou gaan). Contact met verhuurder is prima. Comfortabel en prijsvriendelijk, wij zouden dit een volgende keer zo weer huren. Opmerking: afstand voor de autobox is hemelsbreed niet ver, maar zeker minuut of 15 lopen.

Siamo stati accolti nella "casa a righe" con molta cortesia. Ci sono state date tutte le informazioni necessarie e anche alcuni preziosi consigli. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto l'occorrente per rendere comoda una vacanza, molto silenziosi e in una posizione davvero ottimale. Grazie per l'ospitalità che ci ha fatto sentire "a casa" anche in vacanza.

Super Unterkunft!

Ich hatte die Unterkunft diese Unterkunft für 6 Nächte gebucht und war voll zufrieden. Alles war sauber und in einem guten Zustand! Über die Ausstattung der Küche kann ich nichts sagen, da ich diese nicht genutzt habe. Die Lage ist einfach nur erstklassig, es sind keine 50m bis zum Strand. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis auf jeden Fall. Ich komme gerne wieder :)

Molto vicino al mare ad alla via dello struscio. Pulito, funzionale, con aria condizionata ed un box che ad Alassio é una rarità. Proprietaria gentilissima.

Un soggiorno di "vero" relax per tutta la famiglia

Appartamento molto bello, pulito ed arredato con cura, in posizione centralissima ideale per chi, come noi, è in vacanza con figli adolescenti che necessitano di spostarsi in autonomia in Alassio. Ringraziamo Gaia, per gentilezza e disponibilità. Ci torneremo.

Bel appartamento vicinissimo al budello

Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto positivo. L'appartamento, molto silenzioso, si trova a pochi metri dal budello, tutto rinnovato, con un bel balconcino e ben pulito. I letti molto comodi, armadi capienti, un bel bagno con una doccia ben attrezzata. Insomma dotato di ogni comfort. Molto comodo anche il box auto, non troppo distante dall'appartamento. Gaia, la proprietaria, sempre molto gentile e disponibile, così come Graziella che ci ha consegnato le chiavi. Ci torneremo senz'altro!

Splendido alloggio adiacente al budello

Adoriamo questo appartamento adiacente al budello situato nel caratteristico Vico San Domenico. E' dotato di ogni confort, è silenzioso, e arredato con cura con stile moderno. Molto comoda la possibilità di utilizzare un posto auto in un box poco distante. La proprietaria , la sig.a Gaia, è sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

L'appartamento è molto bello, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. La posizione è centrale, a pochi metri dal budello e dalla passeggiata sul lungomare. Vicinissimo ai negozi, supermercato e farmacia.

Mini-vacanza invernale con il mio bimbo di due anni. La casa è molto bella, pratica, pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. E' situata in una via tranquilla, ma a pochi passi dal budello e dal mare. La proprietaria, Gaia, molto simpatica e disponibilissima (abbiamo chiesto due cose che ci mancavano in casa e in nemmeno mezza giornata ci sono state fornite). La prossima volta ad Alassio sarà senza dubbio qui!

Bell'appartamento ristrutturato

Appartamento funzionale e ben ristrutturato situato nelle vicinanze del "budello" in una vietta tranquilla. Abbiamo soggiornato con una bimba di un anno e nella casa abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario, anche il seggiolino. La spiaggia e il lungomare che porta verso Laigueglia sono vicinissimi. Proprietaria veramente gentile

Great place

A well located nice apartment with sympatic personal and competent contact. Everything is very close and in walking distance. There was only one tiny thing missing, wifi. Thank you, we spent an amazing and relaxing family holiday !
