Permit# PL 15-103. Only 10 minutes from downtown, this home overlooks the St. Louis river. Perfect for fishing (the boat launch and fishing pier are 50 yds away) viewing the fall colors, skiing (Spirit Mt. is nearby) and hiking the many nearby trails

It has a deck off the kitchen that has a beautiful view of the St. Louis river. Its especially scenic with the fall colors.
Located only 8 miles from downtown.

Great views

The property was everything stated online. Quiet neighborhood, but close to everything. Well furnished very clean home. Definitely somewhere we'd go again.

Ski trip

Four of us stayed in Larry’s place for a short ski weekend and it was perfect - great location (between Spirit Mtn and Jay Cooke state park), close to Duluth but in a quiet, beautiful area, lots of extra towels, paper products and kitchen supplies! Would definitely stay here again!

Weekend away as a family

The house was a perfect size for our group. We loved the pool table and ping pong table and using the fireplace down there. There was plenty of room for all of us to sit at the table and play games. The kitchen had most of everything you would need. Over all it was a great stay!

Mountain bike coaching base camp

This place has a great view of the St. Louis River and Lake Superior off in the distance. I loved the basement with ping pong table, pool table and bar. The 2-tiered deck and back yard were very inviting with moveable fire pit and horseshoe pit. The bedrooms were spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I just need another reason to visit the area, so I can stay here again.

Great older home with beautiful view!

This is an older home in a quiet neighborhood with convenient access to downtown Duluth. There is a beautiful view to Lake Superior from the deck and rear windows of the house. The older home is well maintained and comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to any questions.

Very Easy

The process was very smooth the house was as described hidden away just south of Duluth very easy to get on the main road. Awesome view of the river, it did the job for exactly what I was looking for for a low key getaway with the kids

Perfect getaway

First time visiting Duluth, and had the perfect place to stay. Plenty of room for the whole family. Enjoyed coffee on the deck overlooking the St. Louis river and watching the boats sail by. Loved walking down by the peer, can’t beat the view!! We enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table. Everything was spotless and very clean. Larry has a gem of a property, I highly recommend to stay here. In a word, perfect!!! Thanks Larry!!

Nice space, great back yard, fun basement

Everything you would need will be in this VRBO, as far as kitchen supplies go, and probably anything else you may have forgotten to be honest. There are board games and lots of historic books. Billiards and Ping Pong tables in the basement, as well as a piano and a wet bar area with a full size fridge. Great stay just outside of Duluth - only about a 13 minute drive to downtown. Beautiful view from the back yard of the St Louis River as well.

Graduation stay

The house was very nice, clean, well provisioned, comfortable furniture. Excellent view of tge St.Louis river. Had a nice fire and enjoyed an evening around the wood burner. Stayed a week and used the washer/dryer frequently. Easy access to Duluth and a short trip to the Black Bear Cssino.

Our girls weekend!

Owner is great and thoughtful! House decor is dated but it’s part of its charm and homeyness. The rooms are great size. It has a great view of the river. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to many of Duluth’s attractions. We will stay here again!!!

Good location

We were in Duluth for a wedding and this location was within 15 min of everywhere we needed to go. Very nice view. Loved the fact that we didn't have to do alot of cleanup before we left.
