Clean and nice apartment, has everything you'd need. Very close to downtown/shops/breweries. Loved the rooftop hot tub. Host was very friendly and responded promptly.
We really enjoyed our stay, the location is perfect with walking distance to breweries and old town. The condo would be prefect if it had a full length mirror, the bathroom mirror was pretty high.
We loved staying here! Erik was a great host and went above and beyond to make our stay special. We especially loved 1) being within walking distance of downtown and the Poudre Trail and 2) the rooftop hot tub with mountain views! The neighborhood is very quiet. We would definitely stay here again!
The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The host communicated with us in a timely manner and was very flexible when we needed to change dates. Nice hot tub too!
Overall a great place to stay, just a basic guest house. Things that would make it more inviting; additional TV in bedroom, a couple of bottles of water, patio set (as shown in pictures) on the roof top, proper step to get into hot tub,
This property is within walking distance to the downtown area with tons of restaurants, close hiking destinations such as Horsetooth, and has a hot tub on the roof. The area is quiet and the house had all the amenities. We had some problems with the other renters and the shared roof top area which I informed the owners about, and it was taken care of right away. I would highly recommend this property but do understand that the hot tub and roof top area are directly above this living space.

Nice little place
It was very clean and comfortable. Only thing would change is getting access information more timely and maybe one mirror a short girl could see in lol.
We just left yesterday and already figuring out how to get back. Great place. Very clean and taken care of. Old Town and New Belgium are a short walk or Uber. Only thing was it is below the hot tub area and can be loud if someone is using it. Not a big deal though.
The location was great, very close to our daughters home. Quite small and would recommend for a couple only. Would be nice to have a place in bedroom to place clothing that is not for hanging in closet (such as a shelving unit or small bedside table with drawers)
This location is pretty good - within walking distance of everything old town. We had a couple issue though - first, the couch had a broken spring which didn't get fixed during our stay. OK, no big deal. Also note the hot tub/roof is shared with another rental which was no big deal except one night they were on the roof past 1130 and unfortunately it's right above the bedroom so walking around was definitely audible. Also note that the thermostat is locked at 71 or higher - fine for many folks but some of us do sleep on the colder side. Fortunately it night temps were in the 50s/60s so we could open the windows - which was fine as the neighborhood itself is pretty quiet. The kitchen has minimal supplies - note that the only sugar we could find was powdered so ... you might need to bring your own.
Erik, our host, was easy to reach and provided excellent service and timely responses to my questions before our stay. The unit was cometely cleaned and ready for us when we arrived. The modern/contemporary decor was inviting and made the whole place seem bigger than it really is. I read other reviews and agree that there should be a tv in the bedroom and the bathroom mirror moved lower down the wall for shorter guests. Maybe put a full length mirror on the back of the bethroom door? Just a suggestion for an easy fix. When I walked up the spiral staircase to the roof, I wasn't paying enough attention and hit my heat on the roof...so be aware. It was my fault but for future quests, watch for it. During our stay, the wind was atrocious so we didn't get an opportunity to enjoy the shared (by schedule) hot tub that we were looking forward to.☹️ There is parking for one vehicle. I would highly recommend this VRBO! If we come back, we will stay again! Thank you Erik! Oh, did you get your Amazon package? It arrived while we were there and I placed it just inside the front door.
