This house, "Windfall", has been lovingly maintained by my family for three generations. A classic coastal cottage that has been updated with modern amenities. Located with in the Weekapaug Fire District you have access to two private beaches with in walking distance and water views.

- 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms renovated for the 2022
Season.
- Downstairs: One king with bathroom, perfect for guests, in-laws or au pair.
- Upstairs: One king bedroom, two double twin rooms & double bed room.
- Sleeps 10.
- Large eat in fully equipped kitchen which huge center island.
- Large living room dining room with table for 10.
- Separate extra large family room with new flat screen TV with cable, vaulted ceiling and full bath.
- Large backyard with deck (new furniture 2021).
- Outdoor shower.
- Gas grill.
- Air-conditioning.
- WiFi.
- Linens and towels provided.

Great property in convenient location

We stayed at this house with a group of friends for a wedding at the Weekapaug Inn. It was so convenient - walkable to the inn and to the beach. The house was lovely and we really enjoyed our time there.

Charming Summer House in Weekapaug

Very pretty property on a peaceful street in Weekapaug, a few steps from the ocean. Caroline ( and her dad who lives a few doors away) were very helpful in getting us settled in.

Not for adults

This property might be a good one for a family with very young children where the days are spent at the beach. The beds are small and not comfortable, the curtains are minimal so light comes pouring in in the morning, the walls are paper thin, so zero privacy. It also has very limited, slow Wi-Fi so not conducive to working and no real working desk area. The kitchen has not been renovated and has substandard utensils, dishes and appliances. The washer/dryer are in a dirty garage with a dirt floor.

Relaxing beach community get-away

Wonderful spacious beach house with updated bathrooms. Plenty of room for adults and kids indoors and outdoors. Large functional kitchen with an unbeatable location. This is our second visit and we plan to come back again. Host is a good communicator and easy to deal with. Great relaxing vacation for us!

Great charming house well appointed large kitchen plenty of entertaining space and close to a fab surf and hang beach. Caroline was responsive and helpful even mailing items to us that we forgot because we were in such a rush to pack after squeezing in one last ocean dip. Would love to return!

Amazing vacation spot

This house is a wonderful place to stay. Lots of space, huge yard, lots of parking, the neighborhood is adorable and it's just a short walk to the beach. Caroline was super responsive and helpful.

Great family gathering

Perfect house for family gatherings even when it rains the whole weekend. There is enough room to spread or gather for games. The kitchen is a perfect gathering space too. Building memories in this house could not have been better.

Wonderful, Serene Location

Caroline was extremely communicative and a great host. We really enjoyed our stay, the house was spacious and the location / distance to the beach was ideal. A perfect respite from the city!
